Great hotel

Fantastic stay! I was here with my family for the regional swimming championship, and we had a great time. It is an excellent hotel located just outside the chaos of the city center but easily reachable from the ring road. The facility is modern, spacious, and perfect for those traveling with children. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with very comfortable beds. The real strong point is the in-house restaurant: we ate divinely, with delicious dishes and an excellent quality/price ratio. The abundant buffet breakfast is also excellent. Friendly staff and an outdoor pool that makes the stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended!!!

Mother & daughter

Novatel East is a good hotel but definitely not 4 or 3 star hotel. It’s more like 2 star . I wish they have been honest about the local public transportation near the hotel area . However unless you are renting a car or have prearranged group transportation do not rent this hotel. The closest public transportation is about 20 minutes walk and you have to walk in a farm area with lights. Upper from the closest train station is €4 going back..

Our location is clearly indicated on every booking platform before reservation. The hotel is connected to the city by a direct train service to Roma Tiburtina station, as well as taxi services. As with many hotels located outside a city centre, travel times naturally differ from those of centrally located properties.

Hotel is meh, restaurant is to be avoided!!

Family trip for 4. For the positive: The room is small but quite comfortable. Free underground parking which is very appreciated. The pool is nice.
On the negative side: The hotel's location is really out of the way and right next to the highway. Tourist tax of over €120 for 4 nights. Worst of all: the restaurant. It's the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at! Super salty carbonara pasta, bruschetta with 40 minutes of prep time for 3 slices of bread with 1 slice of brie on each, 3 walnut pieces, 1 leaf of lamb's lettuce, ultra-spicy multicolored tagliatelle, the blandest margarita pizza in the world, all for €55. Honestly, 5 minutes away by car, there is a real pizzeria called Passa Parola. A treat: 4 huge, very good pizzas for $42.

One of the worst Novotels.

I often stay with the Novotel chain, but I must say this was the worst one I have stayed in. Located in a suburban area among abandoned buildings and in total decay, the structure presents a 90s style both in decor and services. Used by foreign tourist groups, it is certainly not up to the declared 4 stars.

Ci dispiace leggere che il Suo soggiorno non abbia soddisfatto le aspettative, soprattutto considerando la Sua esperienza con altri hotel Novotel.
La posizione della nostra struttura è chiaramente indicata su tutti i principali canali di prenotazione e viene scelta ogni giorno da numerosi ospiti proprio per la vicinanza al Grande Raccordo Anulare e al polo commerciale
Per quanto riguarda lo stile della struttura, siamo consapevoli che possa non incontrare i gusti di tutti. Negli ultimi anni abbiamo comunque investito in continui interventi di miglioramento dei servizi e continueremo a farlo per offrire un’esperienza sempre migliore.
Ci auguriamo di poterLa accogliere nuovamente in futuro per farLe rivalutare la Sua impressione.

Terrible!

A real dump! Dirty, neglected, and inattentive and incompetent staff! They even gave another guest the key to my room. Certainly not a 4-star hotel as it claims.... Terrible experience, never again!!!
