Ci siamo trovati benissimo
Era tutto pulito e in ordine e il ragazzo per ogni singolo problema si precipitava subito da noi.
Siamo rimasti contentissimi del servizio offerto

Horrible.
Run away! Booked via last minute (Jan 26)
First of all, it is not a hotel. Airbnb at most. Some accommodation in a building. No reception. When you are on site, you must call the host, then wait for him to come and open you and give your keys (30min).
Secondly, an extra 7th/day/night. Cash. No receipt.
Third, unhealthy housing, mold everywhere, not clean, outdated.
We chose to stay elsewhere because it was so dirty.
Lately no soundproofing, you hear the neighbors as if they were in the room with you. Barely warm water, full heating without possibility to adjust it, window that does not close.
Pros? The location, ideal next to the terminal station. The bedding was of good quality.

Don't even think about going to this accommodation
The General didn't like it at all. The owner's an unpresentable.
The room has the shared bathroom and said bathroom is a disaster as it has water inside the shower and that is very unhygienic. Your someone urinates in the Water, you have to be careful not to pass when you go to shower since everything is together and you will surely step on whatever has been left in the sky
On the other hand, the owner is a rude man. You can't complain as you talk to each other in very bad ways. Also, he laughs at your complaints and answers by horning you.
Another strange thing is that he asked me for 42 euros of taxes from the tourist who is charged in Rome. According to the owner, 7 euros is charged per person per day. When reviewing the information through the Rome Tourism Board, I realize that the tourism tax is priced according to the type of establishment. According to the table, it ranges from 8 euros per day the 5-star hotels to 3.5 the Hostels. The owner of the place charges you twice the fee and will only enter the coffers of the city council half keeping the rest.
The saddest thing was that when I asked him for the invoice he gave me a ticket where my personal details and dates and nothing appeared, instead of an invoice. Only the name of the owner, his CIF and an amount plus VAT were shown on the ticket.
When I asked him to give me an invoice as the ticket was not good for me, the owner started to disrespect me and of course he did not give me the invoice.
Obviously if you're charging something you're not, I doubt you'll give me the bill.
I recommend that if you need invoice this site will not facilitate you since legally something is not doing right.
The only positive part is that it is in the center but I tell you that for what this accommodation gives you, it is absolutely not worth it. There are other much better downtown accommodations for a similar price. I do not recommend it for anything in the world especially as you have a problem or any request, you will have it clear and above all you will take a reply from rude person, not to mention that it will rob you asking for double the tourist tax paid in Rome.
You want to check, when you pay the fees (the owner is paid when you arrive at the room), ask for an invoice. You'll see how he gives you a ticket where no information about you appears. If you insist that I give you the bill, you will start to disrespect and of course you will not give anything.

HOTEL A FUIR !!!!
Appartement juste horrible. Nous avons attendu 30min devant la "plaque de l'hôtel" (il n' y a pas de porte c'est un hôtel caché derrière un appartement), avant que l'on vienne nous chercher. Pas de réception, pas de porte, rien du tout hormis une petite plaque. L'homme qui est venu nous accueillir était en fait dans un kebab du coin pendant tout le temps où nous avons essayé de le joindre...
Ensuite à l'intérieur : salle de bain salle et très petite, aucune serviettes ou produits à disposition, moisissures dans la chambre, porte qui ferme mal, et odeur de poubelle dans les escaliers. Le quartier est plus que craignos en plus de tout le reste.
Au bout de 10min dans cet appartement degueulasse, nous sommes parti et avons trouvé un hotel cent fois mieux (Margana Hotel que je vous recommande fortement, tres bien placé avec un hôte disponible et généreux contrairement au Richbaby).

L'alloggio giusto per una notte low budget, senza pretese
Sistemazione ideale per chi deve stare una o due notti a Roma in zona Stazione Termini e voglia spendere poco. La zona dove si trova è tranquilla e rispettabile e permette di raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di Roma Termini in 5 minuti a piedi e il Colosseo in 15 minuti.
La struttura in sé è poco accogliente, con camere scarne e anguste e tenute malino, ma comunque decenti. Le porte lasciano sentire il viavai di clienti delle altre 5/6 stanze. Le chiavi vanno ritirate nell'altro B&B che si trova due vie più in là (VIA NAPOLEONE III, 23). Compreso nel prezzo le lenzuola, del bagnodoccia e il wi-fi.
