Stop the search and grab a room if one is still available! You don't want to miss out. This place really has it all!! There are lots of trendy restaurants very nearby, the subway is also just a short walk, and many of the major sites, including the Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon are 15-30 minutes walk. The unit itself offers a cozy and spotless room and coffee, croissants and juice are offered as a welcome basket. The cherry on top is that there are both an elevator and air conditioning! We're recommending it to all our friends!

Dream weekend
Very welcoming hotel in all aspects, friendly and friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms with a tasty breakfast corner with a beautiful coffee machine and tasty croissants and juices.

Perfect stay
Very happy to have booked in this place, clean, convenient to the metro and if you wanted to walk in ten minutes you were at the Coliseum.
Simone very kind, nice and helpful for any doubt.
Beds and pillows are super comfortable, hard to find when you sleep away from home.
Breakfast was not included but they provide you with coffee pods, croissants and juices to not go out on an empty stomach, bravo!
Wi-Fi available, and also the elevator as it is located on the third floor of the building. Council for those who want to stay in Rome, convenient to the center and very important if they suspend the metro and you can safely walk back.
I did not take pictures, forget about me but I can assure you that everything is as you see.

MAGNIFICENT STAY
Wonderful!!! That would be enough to describe the Sun and Moon!! For our eight-day stay in Rome, we chose this extraordinary place, beautifully located within walking distance of some of the wonders of Rome: the Basilicas of Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni in Laterano, the Colosseum, as well as Termini station and the metro stop. It is located in the picturesque Via Merulana, one of the beating hearts of the city, full of beautiful clubs and various services, on the third floor of a characteristic and splendid ancient building, served by a lift. The front door leads to a corridor, very nice and clean and with a small reception, where the few rooms are arranged. Ours, really large and magnificent, is complete with all the services: full bathroom in the room, comfortable bed, wardrobe and desk, TV and air conditioning, wi-fi, bathroom accessories, basket with snacks and drinks and window overlooking the inner courtyard. What can I say, everything perfect and beautiful, nice and spotless, as if we were at home! In the corridor, in a small shared room, there is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, water dispenser, sink and kitchen equipment: very useful and sign of great attention! All this, in addition to the charm and incomparable wonder of Rome, has meant that our holiday was definitely an extraordinary unforgettable experience!! Eight extraordinary days, in which to feel at home also thought of the great Simone, with his welcome, his smile, his warmth, his sympathy, his advice and his talk in a nice way of everything! These extraordinary situations made us feel the warmth of friendship and the warmth of the house that we carry indelibly and with emotion inside us!! This wealth of human relationships, hospitality, simplicity and availability, combined with a unique place to live with fullness, beauty and wonder made our stay unforgettable! Today we still have so much nostalgia for what we lived, we were really very good, bringing in so much emotion! That emotion that was revealed on the day of departure, when greeting us with Simone, seemed to know us for a lifetime, a sign of so much humanity! We are delighted with this extraordinary experience and we thank Simone from the heart!!! A unique and welcoming place, absolutely recommended, where to live an extraordinary experience!!! To return, as you hope to be able to do us!!
