Nice Place
The hotel is clean and very well decorated. Each floor has a different theme. The rooms are an appropriate size with very effective air conditioning, a fridge, a kettle, a television, an iron - everything you might need. The staff speak a variety of languages and do so well.

A grubby hotel please read before booking.
Please dont be fooled by the hotels pictures. Take a look at our real life ones.
Upon arrival staff were ok, that was just about the only time we had contact with them because everytime we walked past for the next 5 days i can count on one hand the number of smiles or hello’s we received. Generally they glanced up and head back down. The whole place looks tired.
Our Double deluxe (lol) was terrible.
Big chip in floor tile in bedroom, glass door on wardrobe craxked from one side to the other. Bathroom door tatty, shower dirty, bath in bedroom dirty with smashed knob to release plug. Rotten wood on door frames.
Think they call themselves a 4 star. I wouldnt give it a 2.
Make your own choice but you have been warned.

Amazing service, perfect location, and hearts of gold
: An Exceptional Hotel with an Angel at the Front Desk – Highest Recommendation
I cannot find enough words to express our deepest gratitude to the incredible team at Le Rêve de Naim. We are three elderly women from Israel who fell victim to a severe robbery right after leaving the airport. We were left completely helpless, stranded in Rome without our passports, money, credit cards, or phones.
From the moment we arrived at this hotel, located beautifully right next to Piazza di Spagna, we were treated with unparalleled empathy and care. But our true savior was the wonderful Israeli young woman working at the front desk.
She literally went above and beyond her duty. Seeing our distress, she did not just guide us—she personally accompanied us to the Israeli Consulate to ensure we could obtain our emergency travel documents. Throughout our forced stay in Rome, she navigated us, supported us, and made sure we felt safe and cared for.
The service at this hotel is absolutely outstanding, but the human touch, compassion, and kindness we received during the most miserable situation of our trip is something we will never forget.
If you want a beautiful hotel in the best location in Rome, with a staff that has a giant heart, this is the only place to stay.

Beautiful dreamy romantic break
Absolutely beautiful hotel experience...was speechless!
So...let's start with location: amazing, right on main high end shopping area. Surprisingly not too loud after 9. Perfect base for moving around the city & accessing all sights.
Surrounded by all the beautiful sights & sounds of the city - 10/10
Amenities: literally 5 min walk from the Pantheon & all the amazing eateries, transport etc so 10/10 - could not be better.
Room - well, my husband booked a suite & it was like something from MTV cribs or the movie scarface! Fantastic for the Italian Roman touch, if abit over the top - the armless torso in the bathroom was quite the decor choice!!!
Bed was huge & gorgeous, main bathroom double shower & bidet, double sink was gorgeous, 2nd bathroom could've done with an extra toilet.
Kitchen area had a full working sink/oven top cleverly hidden in the side top. Was amazing!
Fully separate lounge area was gorgeous & added a touch of luxury decadence to our stay.
Staff were great & helpful - made us feel ultra welcome & special. Prosecco & flowers on valentines day were a lovely touch.
Would not hesitate to go back!

Extremely positive experience
We went to Rome for the Weekend of the Epiphany we booked at this property. We were greeted by a very kind lady who also immediately solved problems that had arisen with great availability and professionalism and always with a big smile. The rooms are very clean and welcoming the staff very helpful the location of the hotel is exceptional in the heart of Rome a few steps from Puazza di Spagna / Via Frattina / Via Condotti etc etc. The Lady gave us great advice on where to go to eat without ever making a mistake. I highly recommend to those planning to go to Rome to contact this property
