World class!

The best restaurant in town and in the whole perimeter. Highly recommended. It all fits here. World-class pizzas, wines perfectly tempered, Angus beef tagliata a poem, Service top and very attentive, very good knowledge of German. We were there several times on holiday and the next time on Lake certainly again.

Gives better

Queued for 30min for nothing. The grilled octopus tasted like rubber and was not fresh, the spaghetti was okay. Unfortunately, we do not understand the high rating and the crowd. Our expectations were high, unfortunately we were disappointed.

Great pasta and friendly service

The truffle pasta and pasta arrabiata were delicious, service was really friendly and the sheltered terrace was great for escaping the rain. The restaurant was quite full when we arrived, but we didn't have to wait for long for the food. The restaurant was open during the siesta hours, but with limited menu.

Nice, clean, delicious food - top!

We have been here again with road bikes for which there is inner courtyard a bike room. The yard is secured by a gate and the basement is locked.
The rooms are very modern and comfortable and very clean.
There is an incredibly good and rich breakfast with fresh fruit salad and various cakes, croissants etc.
In the restaurant you can eat great in the evening, the cuisine is really top, especially worth mentioning is the Tiramisu - mmmmmhhhhh.
You feel completely comfortable and are served by everyone so friendly that you always like to come back!

Super restaurant and a very nice hotel 100 meters from the lake.

The sought-after restaurant in Torbole.
We have been to the restaurant and hotel many times. This year in June 24 . It is as usual , everyone wants to eat at Centrale and the staff manages to serve the many people a table and very quickly the food. No matter what you are , fish or meat or a pizza , everything perfectly prepared and very good . The tiramisu is legendary ( tip : have it brought with 2 spoons) I haven't gotten such a cream anywhere. 5 stars. Also the hotel is good . Clean nice rooms and priced very good. Parking is free in the courtyard or in the nearby underground car park.
