We booked a 2-night stay at this B&B in Salerno and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Upon arrival, the surrounding area felt quite run down, but our main concerns started once we entered the accommodation. This is advertised as a B&B, but there was no welcome or host present. We had to call the owner twice just to be let into the building and access the room, which is located in a residential apartment on the 3rd floor.
The “breakfast included” was very poor and not what would reasonably be expected when paying for a B&B stay.
The room itself was not up to standard. The shower was in a very poor condition – the shower holder was broken and the water pressure was so weak it made it almost impossible to use properly.
When we contacted the owner about these issues, we were met with complete dismissal. We were told the shower was “working fine” and that any issues must have been caused by us. The tone was rude and unhelpful throughout. Even when we asked if we could move to one of the other empty rooms, this was refused. We were told we could leave, but no refund would be given.
We have travelled extensively and stayed in a wide range of accommodations, but we have never experienced this level of disregard for guests or such poor treatment from a property owner.
Overall, this stay did not reflect what was advertised or what we paid for, and we would not recommend it to anyone.

.
a b & b say in the norm as prices but as a Service offers you very little, cozy room for two people (I'm talking about a triple), just a small flaw that is a Third party floor without elevator that for many tourists or families with small children is not comfortable

Bad idea..
Bad place , photos not in accordance with reality , congratulations to the photographer .. bad rooms , dirty , pillow and mattress 30s , bad facilities , lack of cleanliness throughout . Incompetent, rude and rude property .. they throw you out of the room by the second , scream and offend if I delay a second . Not to mention third floor without elevator and you don't even have time to get off and park your car because you don't know where to leave your bags. Disappointed and really ashamed for booking a havoc .. place unrulyooo

Terrible experience. Place nn conforms to the photos they published.Personale rude and aggressive, they practically kicked us out.Madness pure.Nn go absolutely never in your vita.La owner troppp nervous, customers should be pampered, she practically scolded us♀️.
