A day of total relaxation as a couple.

A beautiful experience; I was with my husband for a day of relaxation. The staff was very kind, the place is immersed in nature, the lunch was excellent, we had a fantastic massage, we released the accumulated stress, and we felt very relaxed and serene after spending the day at the ancient thermal baths of Sardara. We can't wait to return!

Kindness, helpfulness and courtesy are the things that most impressed us. Great food, top spa facilities! Special mention for the maître Cristina, my daughter fell in love with her!

I stayed with my family this last weekend, there
we had a great time, from the lifeguard in the pool to the service in the restaurant, I would like to say a few words especially for Caterina: she was exquisite, kind, fast and attentive to all our requests.
We will be back for sure!

Contrast experience

I write this review to share my experience at the Old Baths of Sardara. We arrived at 4pm and immediately noticed that the outdoor pools were full of dead midges in the water, despite the half cover, so we decided to stay there for an hour but then we stayed in the indoor pools.
We stayed here. The room was a bit dated, seemed not to have been renovated in the last 20 years, and the wifi was absent. However, dinner was a highlight, thanks to the very courteous and considerate waiters regarding my intolerances.
The night bath was a real relaxation, thanks to the very kind staff. The masseuses were very kind and professional.
However, there are some things I didn't like. The sockets in the room are insufficient, and I had to choose between using the lamp or charging the phone. Also, I paid a supplement for the gluten-free diet, but there were no adequate breakfast options, apart from the savory breakfast.

Saturday at Terme ❤

Mini relaxation of a day spent with friends.
The afternoon started with a lot of tranquility, enjoying every little moment immersed in the pool. The dinner was super, very plentiful and of excellent standard.
Shower facilities and comfortable dressing rooms.
What can I say, to repeat. Staff of the Bar and Sa Reception
professional. Congratulations to all the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, a special thanks to Alessio who made us feel at home.
Ah I forgot bath under the stars, GENIUS ❤
