Comfortable and clean hotel, very courteous and professional staff.

The hotel offers ample parking inside, The room although well cared for, is a bit 'dated but the bathroom is still very spacious. A restyling of the room would have made the experience perfect. The cleanliness is really excellent, every day.
The breakfast is more than abundant, also good restaurant service in the evening with daily menu of your choice. All the staff are very professional and very courteous. It is a really good choice that I recommend especially for those who work.

Terrible food for a 4-star hotel

Good structure, clean, tidy, and quiet hotel! Unfortunately, the food is really awful! I ordered a slice of meat with a side, and they brought me a slice of overcooked carpaccio that was all curled up and, in my opinion, was also thawed! It's a shame because even breakfast is decent, but eating that garbage for 30 euros, excluding drinks, is truly shameful! They better organize themselves properly in the future if they want to maintain their 4-star rating!

Terrible.

Unfortunately, I ended up there trusting some comments from those who wrote positive reviews here. Before writing, stay in other hotels that boast 4 stars... Negativity on all fronts, just read the negative comments, unfortunately all true. In practice, I believe that the hotel follows the directives of the ownership, oriented towards maximum savings, with little care for the customer. An example among many: exceptional hot days, you arrive in the room in the afternoon and the air conditioning is set only as a fan. In response to my complaints, they activate it from the reception in the late afternoon. Then at night they turn it off to activate it in the early morning hours. While I am working on the computer, they completely turn it off at 8:15 AM. Basically, a hotel management from the 60s... Leave this hotel to the soccer players who stay for the weekend. For those traveling for work and paying for a 4-star hotel, choose another option.

Horribly sagging mattress with a hospital-style mattress cover....

I wouldn't even sleep in this hotel for another day.

Hotel bad care of the rooms the air conditioning does not work the bathroom is old and little functional , the shower is for very thin people and with the possibility of burning or freezing you when you cannot start the shower because of flood risk
Breakfasts scarce of everything even cups and glasses if you come down after 7:30 you can no longer have breakfast what you want, if not what the other guests leave you
Summing up I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and of course the claim I will put when I get home for this disastrous hotel that has provided me with the agency Cibeles of the community of Madrid
