Feel-good place next to the Waalwege

Great hotel, friendly staff, delicious food, cozy sauna. Super atmosphere Top location right next to the most beautiful Waalwege.

Overall successful stay – absolutely recommendable

We were at the hotel with our club and had lunch there with a large group, followed by our annual general meeting. A rich buffet was prepared for us, and even a specially tailored menu including special children's meals was offered – a truly great service.
Everything was perfectly organized: The food was very delicious, the service was quick, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Even when our entire group arrived late for lunch, it posed no problem – the kitchen reacted extremely flexibly and accommodating.
We received strong support during the preparation and execution of our meeting, which made our stay particularly pleasant.
The hotel also impresses with its beautiful location in a very quiet environment.
Overall, we can recommend the house in every respect!

A gem of a hotel.

A well appointed family owned hotel in a peaceful but convenient location. The owners and staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. The dinners and breakfasts were superb. All ingredients are sourced locally from farms and businesses. We were loath to leave such a warm, welcoming environment.

Unfortunately, we were blinded by incomprehensibly high average rating (wherever this comes from).
Just filter to the 1 and 2 star ratings.
All these negative reviews dind still given and in addition
- House has no air conditioning
- From 30 degrees outside temperature is the so-called Wellness area not usable due to indoor temperature/humidity as there is insufficient ventilation and due sun shines on the frosted glass windows from noon.
- Check-out process, as also described by other reviewers, a fiasco, invoicing is also incorrect after x-contacts and rectification (so the guest fee is verifiably based on the so-called invoices listed twice, etc). That is, the so-called Accommodation denies guests a proper invoice (whatever?), consumer center in South Tyrol was informed by us about this intentional misconduct.
- In rooms 104 and 204, clear odours of wastewater are perceptible in warm outside temperatures
- The so-called “seller” in the order confirmation Refrigerator only works, even on demand, if the front door of the fitted panel cabinet remains permanently open - without words...
We do not deal with justified complaints, email is not perceived in terms of content, etc.
All the trouble can be prevented by choosing another accommodation - unfortunately we fell for the accommodation "Saldur" - NEVER MORE!!!!
