Experience to be relived
Entoni and I stayed at this hotel, my boyfriend and I, and we had a really great time. From our arrival we were welcomed with great kindness and helpfulness by all the staff, always smiling and attentive to every need.
The food was really excellent, with the possibility of choosing the menu every day from different proposals. We also really appreciated the typical dishes of the Trentino tradition, prepared with care and really tasty.
The spa was a very pleasant surprise: very beautiful, clean, welcoming and well-equipped, perfect for treating yourself to a few hours of relaxation after a day spent in the open air.
Another great strength is the hotel's location: it is located very close to the town center, in a strategic point that allows you to easily reach shops, restaurants and the main attractions. Furthermore, it is also ideal for those who love hiking, thanks to the proximity to the numerous trails in the area.
It was a really pleasant experience and we would gladly return. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to spend a vacation dedicated to relaxation, excellent cuisine, hospitality, and nature.

Terrible in everything
Reservation made on December 28, 2025, and confirmed by the hotel in January for
2 rooms for 4 adults and two dogs
Upon our arrival, we were told that the reservation did not include the dogs; after their checks, they informed us that an employee who "no longer worked" at the hotel had made a mistake in the reservation by not noting the dogs, so there were no more dog-friendly rooms available and we would have to keep the dogs in the car and have them sleep in the car for the entire duration of the vacation.
After two hours of waiting, we were given an absurd, very dated room with obvious signs of wear, certainly not 4-star quality or worth 154.00 euros per day, and we were also told that the dogs had to exit through the back of the hotel.
While this did not apply to the dogs already present at the facility, which went in and out through the main entrance that we were not allowed to use.
That same evening, given the treatment we received and the general mockery, we communicated that we would leave the next day.
They outrageously charged us for two days when we only stayed for one, and having pointed it out to them, they even had the audacity to say that we should have paid for the entire vacation.
Final note, the owner, an unclassifiable and rather disagreeable person.

Very big disappointment
Very big disappointment
Does not deserve its 4 stars
The only positive thing is the breakfast
Half-board is to be avoided because the evening meal is truly inedible, and yet we have been coming to Italy for 50 years and we have never eaten so poorly.
Tiny room and especially tiny bathroom
No hot water the first evening
Tiny balcony with no view
Staff seems indifferent and upon departure did not ask us how it went….

We loved the place. The sauna, steam room, and pool were really nice. We thought the dinner and breakfast were really good, and among the best meals we had while visiting Italy. The location was wonderful, and the property was very scenic, with nearby hiking. Great location.

4 stars depending on the guests.
A nice hotel with great wellness facilities and good food; drinks are somewhat overpriced, but one should inquire about the guests before booking. About 25 Polish guests turned the 4-star hotel into a 1-star accommodation. From 4 PM to 11 PM, there were loud conversations, shouting, and singing in front of the bar. Drinks were naturally brought from the kiosk, that's how it's done today, and then bottles of liquor were consumed in the hotel bar. No action taken by the hotel management, only silence. Wellness relaxation area, loud conversations, no sign of relaxation. A newlywed couple canceled their room after dinner, stating only loud Polish guests. Regarding the superior room - yes, with a cold bathroom. Immediately complained, result: none; the towels were still wet in the morning, and the bathroom was cold. What a shame: not cheap and definitely not recommended. 4-star hotel does not fit together like this. When paying the bill, I addressed the issues, stating that it was not acceptable. Reaction: that was not good. So tip: ask about the guests before booking.
