Kindness is at home

Group leader of a school, with whom we stayed in this structure. Kindness to a thousand already from telephone contacts had to organize the trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Congratulations to all the staff especially at the reception. Although not required they arranged for the two nights ballroom with DJ. And to finish the last day we were honored with a personalized cake. See you next time.

Staff bordering on indecency. At the restaurant disrespectful attitude towards all of us at the table, from the manager .. Utter rudeness. Poor food and general hotel service absolutely passable.

Too bad.

A huge property in the Avellino hills, good reception service, clean rooms but the flaw lies in the management of the restaurant. Breakfast always the same for days, only sweet with cakes sometimes stomach-churning. Poor dishes, raw pasta and so much rudeness bring this beautiful structure to a very low grade. The pool is a dirty pool with raised and sharp tiles to avoid absolutely with children. But worst of all, you are out of this world. Internet virtually absent, calling becomes a business. Too bad.

I don't mean to sound vulgar, but the food was nauseating, both at lunch and dinner. The bedrooms? Resting with the creaking of the net was impossible. We left ahead of schedule. Depennato dai nostri itinerari!! Qui mai più!!

Really bad hotel

Terrible hotel: first of all as soon as we arrived on a school trip to the hotel, a lot of confusion and when we went up to the room we compared them and some were on the first floor, literally 4 square meters of room, others were on the top floor in the suites despite everyone had paid the same price.
Then we went to dinner and they offered us junk food (many vomited during the night).
The next morning, for breakfast, more junk food, although not as bad as dinner.
In the afternoon a girl used the lift and got stuck for 10 minutes.
