Recommended, but I advise including the services.
Very comfortable caravan a stone's throw from the bus stop (literally), which takes you directly to Sesto. The facilities are very nice, including a spa, pool, gym, and sauna. The restaurants are very nice and there is also a minimarket; the only thing is that the services are not included in the price but must be paid for as you use them. Three nights in a camper €160.

Per i nostri ospiti del campeggio offriamo un pacchetto dedicato, che include l'accesso alla piscina oppure alla piscina e alla sauna. Questo pacchetto consente l'ingresso ogni giorno del soggiorno, escluso il giorno della partenza, a una tariffa particolarmente conveniente.
Per chi preferisce non acquistare il pacchetto, è comunque possibile accedere acquistando ingressi singoli, che vengono applicati secondo la tariffa prevista per gli ospiti esterni.

Terrible
I stayed in an apartment, thank goodness, only for one night.
The declared 'rustic' atmosphere seems to have been used as an excuse for a very low level of finishing, compounded by a persistent and unpleasant ODOR.
I booked for 2 adults and 2 children (one of whom is a newborn) and I absolutely take for granted the absence of architectural barriers since the absence of an elevator is not specified on any page of the online booking (I have all the screenshots). This is an unfair commercial practice since I would never have booked a hotel with this extremely relevant detail while traveling with a newborn.
My daughter tripped and HURT HERSELF falling to the ground on a frame/threshold about 10 cm high between the kitchen and the entrance. My husband and I also tripped numerous times; we eventually had to put up a barrier of bags to prevent all of us from getting hurt.
All the windows lack shutters or blackout curtains; at 5:45 in the morning, we were all awake. What does it take to put up blackout curtains? I believe that with the cost of just one night in this place, they could recoup the investment twice over.
The apartment was lacking a kettle and coffee machine as stated during the booking process and was devoid of any amenities that I always find when staying in establishments of this level and at this price.
I brought all this up at the reception to a lady. At that point, without even having listened to most of what I said, a boy named ALEX, extremely rude and incapable of dealing with customers, interrupted. I was told that I could not "demand certain standards since this is an apartment and not a hotel room" (exact words). I replied that I was paying for the "apartment" almost €350 a night, and I was responded to with arrogance that many customers are willing to pay much more for the same apartment.
I would like to remind the receptionist Alex that the distinction between "apartment vs hotel room" does not exempt from respecting minimum safety, habitability, and health requirements, which apply to any accommodation or tourist rental in Italy, regardless of the commercial name used. It is a shame that he addressed these words to a family that owns multiple businesses in the hospitality sector and is aware of the regulations.
The lack of an elevator, dangerous thresholds, and accessibility issues are not "details of rustic style": they are defects that affect safety and enjoyment of the property, and should be evaluated regardless of how the structure defines itself.
Ultimately, and this is confirmed by other reviews as well, the customer here is not listened to at all: there is no higher authority to turn to in case of problems during the stay, and my complaint emails have gone unanswered. In addition, there is a staff that I would describe, with a euphemism, as not up to the standards of a facility of this level. The advice I feel compelled to give is simple: go elsewhere. In Trentino, the quality standard of hospitality is generally very high everywhere, and there is no reason to settle for so little.
Since I imagine the only response I will receive will be below the review (to demonstrate customer attention…), I will be forced to contact the relevant consumer association.

Our perfect camper vacation.
We stayed as a couple with our camper from July 5 to 12 and we can say that it was a truly unforgettable experience.
We wish to thank all the staff for the excellent organization, the impeccable cleanliness, and the attention to every detail. The location is simply spectacular: immersed in the magnificent Dolomites, it offers a breathtaking landscape and a unique atmosphere, perfect for those looking for relaxation and nature.
One of the great strengths of Caravan Park Sexten is the possibility of starting splendid hikes directly from the campsite, without having to use the camper. After a day on the trails, the spa is the ideal place to recharge: spacious, well-maintained, and truly top-notch.
A special thanks to the sauna masters Heidi, Lollo, and Enry, who with their professionalism, friendliness, and passion made the aufguss sessions truly engaging and unforgettable moments. Every ritual was performed with great competence, creating an authentic and special wellness experience.
Compliments also to all the staff, always kind, helpful, and attentive to the guests' needs.

Super beautiful little spot on Earth.
Very nicely laid out, well thought out, and clean campground. Before checking in, there was a virtual guest area with information and tips for greeting, including an online messenger. The honey back massage was great, and the use of the beautiful swimming pool afterward rounded everything off, pure relaxation. For daily needs, the site offers everything one requires with its well-stocked shop. Only the street noise from high-powered cars and motorcycles was somewhat disturbing.
