A beautiful first experience in Taranto.
From May 30 to June 2. A beautiful structure. The room is huge! Clean and full of attention to the customer. Staff always available and courteous, 24/7. Congratulations to everyone. A varied breakfast that satisfies everyone, the homemade desserts are excellent.

We stayed at this fantastic property x 2 days. I am from Taranto but I live outside and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I had a junior suite room, large and spacious. Attentive and courteous service. From reception to breakfast

Very disappointing residence formula
We stayed at Tursport for two weeks, from 19 July to 2 August, in one of the two-room apartments offered in residence formula, that is, equipped with kitchen and washing machine and with cleaning Service and linen change once a week.
Our stay as a couple was half work, the so-called “smart working”, and half vacation.
Arrived in our apartment we found and reported to the reception staff the following problems:
- Walls soiled with moisture and peeling in some places.
- A hole in a wall where a socket had been removed.
- The bed, in theory double, consists of two small single mattresses thrown on a huge platform of completely different sizes and held together by sheets also of different sizes.
- The living room, with the kitchen and the table where to work, very dark with virtually zero natural light and the need to turn on all the lights even in broad daylight.
- Only one bedside table in the bedroom that does not enter next to the bed.
- A light bulb electrocuted in the bedroom.
The clothesline broken and without clothespins.
- Missing iron and ironing board.
- No full length mirror.
- Cheap furniture, a wardrobe with a hole in a door and without a bar at a suitable height to hang a woman's dress.
- Inadequate kitchen equipment, with unpaired or missing plates, bowls and cutlery, no tea towels or potholders to handle hot pots and, sensationally, an induction hob with some non-induction pots and pans, no placeholder tablecloth or placemat, unpaired or missing pot lids, no pitcher to heat the water.
- Bathroom with the bidet dancing, the shower cabin with nothing to place the products that had to be kept on the floor, and sink without cap.
- Microwaves with defective display that made it very difficult to use.
At the reception, Mrs. Mimma, very courteous and qualified as a “senior secretary”, listened to our complaints and told us that she would try to repair the repairable, but she also confirmed that changing two-room apartments would not make any difference and that there would be no penalty imposed if we decided to leave.
We decided to stay, having no viable alternative at that point.
Over the next few days, some of the problems we reported were solved, though better and better, and others were not.
During our stay we still enjoyed: the outdoor pool, beautiful and well maintained in a structure clearly dated and not well maintained; the fast, reliable and excellent Wi-Fi for working; the modern air conditioning, quiet and effective.
It should be noted that, in two weeks, we have not been offered anything, not even a symbolic apology, not to mention more concrete compensation, to be forgiven for the inconvenience that has been caused to us and as would have been normal in many facilities of this level (Tursport says it is 4 stars) in locations with a more mature tourist tradition than in Taranto.
We grew up in Taranto, although we have been living elsewhere for a long time, and we return to Taranto every summer to meet old friends and enjoy the sea, always beautiful.
We'll keep coming back, but not to Tursport.

Stayed as a couple in a very spacious, clean and fragrant apartment. Well furnished with double wardrobe and double TV (bed and living area). Excellent cooking area very functional. Comfortable bed with spotless linen.
