Experience to forget

An experience to forget... when we arrived in the room at 2.00 pm we noticed that there was an air conditioner but without a remote control and what's more it was cold inside... we called the owner to tell him and he told us that he would only let us have the remote control at 9.00pm and that's fine we didn't object.. meanwhile I got ready to take a shower but once inside I couldn't finish washing because there was no hot water right away.. there too my husband called the owner and told him she pointed this out and he simply replied that the water heater was small.. so not even one person could take a shower.?. to which my husband said that it was not normal and the owner replied that we were the only ones who complained ..and that if they didn't like it they could also leave...which was shocking because if you rent rooms you should make sure that they offer at least the minimum of comforts, i.e. a functioning bathroom and hot or cold depending on the season.. instead of solving the problem he invited us to leave if not satisfied... bad behavior because we found ourselves on the street looking for a room for the following days... I don't recommend it to anyone, in fact I advise the gentleman to take care of fixing certain non-compliances and not to send guests away with that attitude... as a Sardinian I get this because in Sardinia we are very friendly and welcoming but there is also the exception
