Beautiful, quaint and accommodating

Wonderful staff, helpful, accommodating and friendly. The place is impeccable, comfortable and very well equipped. The building is wonderfully old, and the apartments are well renovated. The showers are new and well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable.

Unprofessional, unhelpful and unavailable hosts!

Stayed here for 2 nights to explore Trieste (although not according to them as they marked our stay as cancelled after we left, probably so that we couldn’t write a review!). Booked this place because of its location and it said it had wifi (an essential amenity for us as we were booking accommodation and transport throughout Italy from each place we stayed). We were never greeted by anyone from this place, were “checked in” by a teenager (who showed us the room, gave us the keys and left), no information or maps etc given, the landlords/owners never came or arranged to meet us and there was no internet.
Long story short, these people are dishonest, discourteous and nigh on impossible to contact. We had to involve Booking.com to try and contact the owners but they also struggled to do reach them. When they did reach them, they told them that not having wifi was “not the end of the world” - nice customer service! Not sure that they understand this is how the majority of people book accommodation in this day and age.
We did receive a post it note stuck to our door saying they were changing internet providers (it was Sunday!!) and that they would reimburse us for one night. It also said that they would give us an alternative room in another B&B - good thing the room itself was fine as when we tried to contact them again to follow up on the note, no one answered or responded to texts!
Nearly 2 weeks later and we are still waiting for that reimbursement and Booking.com are also still involved. The money is obviously not the issue, but the complete lack of any sort of customer care. This is also not the first time this has happened or the first time that customers were told that things were “not the end of the world”. As other reviewers have put, it’s a real shame as the place itself is in a great location and has potential if it was run by people who care.

New accommodation with good location and friendly staff

Excellent location, friendly staff, rooms were comfortable and very modern. They changed our room after one night to another one because it had better view, but it was also bigger, that was really nice surprise. Breakfast was typical for most of the Italian accommodations.

Hervorragend exklusive Suite, die man bewohnt haben muss!

Wer hat schon mal als Prinzessin eine Nacht verbringen wollen, hier sind Sie richtig.
Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und vor kurzem mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden.
Die modernen, luxuriösen Bäder mit den alten Antiquitäten geben ein luxuriöses Gefühl. Wer will kann sich in die Regenwalddusche srellen. Die Decken mit Malereien sind bewundernswert.
Hier ist nichts einfach nur renoviert worden, sondern mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
Jedes Zimmer ist mit Kimaanlage, Sitzecke und topmodernem Luxusbad ausgstattet.
Die Gastgeberinnen empfangen mit viel Freude am Objekt und einer Herzlichkeit.
Im Gemeinschftsraum kann man sich zudem zurückziehen.
Der Bahnhof ist ganz nahe gelegen, der Raum ist mit neuen Fenster ausgestattet und hält den Stadtlärm gut ab.
Das Zimmer ist mit Lift zu erreichen.
Ein Zimmer der Extrklasse!
