Vacation in Naples

Beautiful structure surrounded by greenery and peace
The garden is very well maintained
The pool has ample access hours
There is a terrace on the third floor with a bar area where you can drink while enjoying a breathtaking view.
On the ground floor, there is a veranda where one can eat, which is very well-kept and elegant.
I met a waitress, Martina, who was very kind and professional.
The reception staff is also very friendly.
I will definitely return.

Hotel far from everything.

Welcome: It all depends on the person you encounter. There were both good and less good aspects. Upon our arrival, aside from our room number and how to get there, no other information was provided. The next day, the new staff member was much more pleasant. Our room had a balcony without a view, but we still had a view... of the air conditioning system or the pool! It is not possible to leave the window open without the noise of the system's humming. Upon our arrival, the room was at 28 degrees; the air conditioning had not been turned on. Clean room and good bedding. Small bathroom; when you step out of the shower, it is a bit difficult to turn around to dry off. No furniture, aside from a stool, to place your toiletries. Good breakfast, but some of the products are industrial (fruit salad, fruit juice). On foot, the hotel is far from restaurants and the center, and if you take the car, it is a hassle to find a parking spot.

the hotel is very nice , staff are so nice and helpful. The place is accessible to different places.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff and fantastic view from the terrace! Good breakfast. The only negative thing was poor air condition in the room and hard beds. We were happy with everything else.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Marad. We have very seldom experienced such a helpful and serviceminded staff and always with a smile on and positive energy. We can highly recommend this place.
