Unexpected surprise
Last night's stay at this farmhouse was an unexpected revelation, a successful blend of rural aesthetics and gastronomic rigor. The property boasts a privileged location, offering a stunning view that stretches to the marine horizon; the landscape architecture, characterized by a well-maintained garden and a pool perfectly integrated into the context, creates an atmosphere of rare harmony.
The experience began with a glass of Ventoso rosé, accompanied by a refined amuse-bouche consisting of a tasting of locally produced extra virgin olive oils, presented with a precise organoleptic analysis. The service immediately demonstrated a remarkable sensitivity to dietary needs, offering an impeccable gluten-free alternative for my dining companion.
The culinary journey stood out for the quality of the raw materials and technical precision:
Appetizer: The salmon, enhanced by black rice and a lime gel, proved to be a dish of excellent balance, where the citrus note elevated, without overpowering, the delicacy of the fish.
First and Second Courses: The spaghetti with anchovies from Cetara, capers, and lemon were executed with impeccable al dente cooking. The bombette of capocollo with caciocavallo were substantial, although the honorable mention goes to the tuna fillet, served with a sauce of rare flavor depth.
Side Note: The only slight discord was represented by the chips, whose execution was below par compared to the high quality profile of the other dishes.
The management of the service, entrusted to the dining room manager, was impeccable: attentive, discreet, and constantly oriented to meet every need. A venue of great value, which undoubtedly deserves a second visit.

Excellent
We dined at this farmhouse on Wednesday evening, and the experience was simply splendid. We ate really well: each dish was refined and sophisticated, yet capable of preserving and enhancing the authentic Salento traditions. The quality of the raw materials and the care in preparation were evident in every course.
The service was excellent in every aspect: professional, attentive, and friendly. We were welcomed with a kindness and hospitality of rare excellence, making us feel immediately at ease. The location is wonderful, immersed in a unique atmosphere that makes the evening even more special. An experience we highly recommend and hope to repeat soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best accommodation in Apulia.
A beautiful masseria, run with a lot of warmth, love, and joy.
Pool and view of the sea, simply great.
Small and fine, with a great restaurant, we had a very delicious meal.
Super comfortable beds and a large bathroom with counter space and options to dry clothes and enough storage for all the luggage.
A car is almost a must, as it is somewhat remote.
We will definitely come back.

Relaxation off the beaten track ...
Stunning location (and sunsets) just back from and overlooking the coast. Beautifully restored masseria blending the old with the new. Simple rooms but with all required amenities, a distinctive and original infinity pool surrounded by a good number of sunbeds. Staff very welcoming, gentle and obliging. Evening restaurant (managed separately) delivers well presented and locally sourced food, oils and drinks - used by locals for special occasions, so tells you all you need to know. All in all, a peaceful hideaway to relax in, with easy access, by car, to Leuca, Torre San Giovanni, and Gallipoli for day trips or alternative dining locations.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect few days of relaxation during our family trip, set in an authentic and charming Italian farmhouse. The architecture and natural surroundings are simply beautiful, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
When we weren't exploring the nearby beaches, we spent our time unwinding by the pool. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional—special thanks to Barbara and Marina, who were always ready to help with warm smiles and genuine hospitality.
The on-site restaurant is outstanding. I highly recommend trying the creatively named "This Is Not Paella"—a unique and delicious take on the classic dish that we thoroughly enjoyed.
