Beautiful
Owner very welcoming, he even left us the room 3h more.breakfast on top the fridge was full ,very clean nothing negative to say. Close to everything and all for only 90€, to be done again with great pleasure!!!!!

Colorful and welcoming
A colorful experience in Turin, a stone's throw from the Mauriziano Hospital and a few tram stops from the centre. Choice of bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as supermarket just in case.
Room with very functional bathroom, small balcony and comfortable bed.
Shared kitchen for breakfast.
Very kind and helpful owner, flexible for check out and luggage storage while waiting for departure.
I would have needed to linger longer, but luckily for them they were fully booked!
Until next time, I recommend it!

PERFECTION
I stayed at the b&b for a surgery. The structure is located exactly in front of the main entrance of the Mauriziano hospital and its emergency room, in case you need to return urgently due to complications.
It is the essence of perfection: silent, fresh, clean, welcoming rooms. Inviting breakfast. Elegant palace. You don't meet anyone but you sense that Paolo and Alberto are available for any need: and this allowed me to face the hospital experience alone but with peace of mind. I also recommend the shared bathroom option because the characteristic of the structure allows privacy.

Dodgy and not trustable
I didn't have the chance to stay at this place, as the booking process was very dodgy and dishonest. The website shows the price per night as to 45 euros, but once I got the owner's reply it had increased up to 68 euros. I tried then to book over the phone and been first told that the room was available for 45 euros per night, but when it came to the booking, the room magically became unavailable...........

In Turin, sleep here!
I stayed here in March 2013 and felt wonderfully!
The owner is a VERY kind person, as much as the other person who helps him.
I read some bad reviews about this place and totally disagree: the property has been totally renewed and there are no restoration works on-going any more.
Everything is totally NEW: the furniture is stylish, mixing old ‘800 wooden tables, wardrobes and details, with contemporary elements. The overall look is stunning, and makes feel really comfortable.
The B&B has 3 bedrooms: one with private bathroom, the other 2 (both are double rooms) have a common bathroom, always super-clean. It is so clean that you can’t even think of leaving a visible water drop in the shower, really, you feel you must honour the beauty of the space and take maximum care of it in order to allow other guests the same feeling.
The furniture is supermodern and absolutely shining.
I'm a ligh sleeper and slept very well, location is silent and secluded from the street.
Breakfast is very nice: a table full of biscuits, delicious jams single portion, cereals is waiting for you, along with self made coffee with Italian Moka, and top quality teas.
Nothing is fresh or hand made, but the quality of the food provided is anyway very high.
Table dressing shows lots of care.
2 things to improve: 1) the website, photos are very nice, but the graphic style is out-of-date. I wish it was easier and not Flash made; 2) information to guests about silence at night: suddenly I was waken up at 3am by 2 men talking and laughing out loud in the room beside mine. I urged them to stop, they kept on talking loud. A simple sheet with the request “Please be silent after 11pm” would be much appreciated to prevent us Italians being always so much Italian.
Well done guys, Keep up the good job! And surely see you next time I’ll be in Turin.
