A little piece of paradise.
I have never seen a B&B more clean elegant and attention to detail.
The mini fridge in the room is really convenient in the hot summer. The air conditioning allows you to cool and heat the room and the en suite bathroom, in a few minutes.
New clean sheets and towels and with a fantastic smell.
Bathroom with window and complete with bidet.
Check-in and checkout are quick and easy with a whatsapp Service that responds for every situation.
Also during your stay you can enter and exit the apartment at any time without time constraints or closing the front door.
And finally, Mrs. Anna tireless, kind caring attention to every detail, who runs the structure with passion and professionalism, is of an exquisite availability at all times and lovingly prepares breakfast with all the preferences indicated at the time of booking in addition to exquisite home dishes and fresh fruit purchased every morning in the small market nearby and that offers more, free of charge, with goodness and kindness to guests.
Bottles of water of 1 liter per person, always available every morning at the room makeover that is done every day and with change of towels every two days or every day with a small extra charge.
The location is fantastic having the Nice Metro stop about 30 meters from the apartment, allows you to get to any area, even remote Turin and surroundings.
The area itself is however, very lively full of shops, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants (all you can eat under the structure) but in the evening after about 22 remains very quiet until the following morning.
WiFi type 6 very powerful and free without blocks or leaps.
Hand sanitizer always available.
One of the few B&B that issues receipt and invoice and pays the tourist tax honestly.

Pleasant experience
B&B absolutely to keep in mind if you need a great foothold in Turin. The neighborhood is San Salvario, which in my imagination, but I know the city more no than anything else, is a neighborhood of nightlife but also "dangerous", instead I discovered that evidently as almost always happens, there are more roads and streets. Turin is still relatively small and the B & B is practically above the Nice stop and a stone's throw (but really two) from the Dante stop. Three rooms and an apartment (I understand), however excellent cleanliness, convenient for both visiting the city, and to go to the Book Fair (Lingotto). The rooms are nice, especially very very well organized in terms of space management (including wardrobes). Private bathroom, which is not obvious, French bed, a square and a half in Italian but comfortable. Electric shutters and despite literally overlooking Piazza Nizza, where there are various clubs, bars, pubs, cafes, supermarkets (one of which is open h24), the noise is really contained, maybe it was fatigue, but me who makes us opatic to change bed, I slept just fine. Hearty breakfast, fresh cakes, fresh toast, jams nutella butter, coffee the milk, juices, in short, everything you would eat at home. Mrs. Anna, a picky but iron woman, is very kind and welcoming. There is no smoking, however, for those who want to take two shots of a blonde before going to sleep, half a flight of stairs, there is a small terrace (whose key is available to guests), so the problem does not exist. Highly recommended.

Nice surprise
We arrived yesterday and as soon as we went up the stairs I found a very kind lady who welcomed us, certainly the owner. We were accompanied to our room, it was a nice surprise, spacious, well furnished, nothing was missing from the wardrobes to the drawers for storing your clothes, the bathroom equipped with all the necessary comforts and to finish, the excellent and plentiful breakfast, the very nice lady made us feel feel at home and don't forget to taste the homemade donuts. In short, if I were to return to Turin I would book again at Casa Nizza, excellent B&B.

Best budget hotel in Torino!
Nice place. The woman who runs the B&B is very nice and kind. There were some difficulties in English-Italian translation, however, everything went perfectly well. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Torino P.N. The area is very quiet. Breakfast is served in the same floor.

Very good stay
The place is a little walk from major sights but if you are not up to walking the metro station is right in front of this place. Easy to find when walking from the train station. Our room was quiet, spacious and spotless with a big bathroom and good shower. Staff super friendly and breakfast was good, especially the delicious cake baked by the lady of the house.
