Turin in three nights and 4 days

Small hotel, close to the center and well connected. Basic rooms with comfortable and clean bathroom. Nice receptionists. Breakfast not available but nearby several cafes, bars and pastry shops.
Very good price compared to average.

Experience to repeat at the eco art statuto hotel

Hotel with clean and cozy room. Positioned close to all means of transport. I traveled alone, for work, but I stayed for other days to visit the city, the reception was always available, even at night, and for me 'was always a reference point. Highly recommended.

Pies!

Hotel booked for a group of foreign friends already in July for October .Despite the several emails with request if everything was in place for room reservations, with positive Response , on their arrival at the hotel foreign friends find a decidedly unprofessional concierge who does not speak a word of English and presents a confusion of continuous requests for payments already made by bank transfer and requires to resubmit receipts for payment ...!!!! Nice figure!!!! Foreigners naturally astounded..
The next day iced water in the bathrooms and no warning for not providing hot water and excuses for the inconvenience
.In addition, her friend from Turin wrote a negative review on google that mysteriously disappeared. Absolutely not recommended ..

Artistic relaxation.

Nice hotel in a strategic position in the city center, very convenient to services and transport (metro stop opposite and train station 500 m), well equipped with car storage. The building is not very distinguishable from the outside, except for the sign, as it is inserted in a single architectural complex. The real distinction is inside because it is a place dedicated to art that boasts appreciable installations of different shapes, very colorful and with a cheerful and captivating atmosphere, which compensates for the poor external panorama. The complex is very nice, clean and collected, from reception to rooms, in addition to the small outdoor garden. The quality of sleep is very good as the rooms are well soundproofed, the choice of mattresses is valid and comfortable. The reception of guests is very welcome and you can see that it seems to enter the home of relatives and friends. The staff very friendly and helpful, prepared and distinguished. Congratulations to Anna for her elegant professionalism.

Customer focus Zero!

I had asked for a cancellation for a no show due to force majeure reasons or at least a voucher for a stay on another date ... for God’s sake they were not required (even if the move to another date makes you even the half-star dive ...) but even not respond in the slightest (request made both by email and on a well-known hotel Reservation platform) , this is just rudeness and not customer care. With the 128 euros of Reservation I don’t know if they will get rich, they certainly lost a client who goes to Turin at least 3/4 times a year. Sometimes it takes so little ..
