A super quiet night

Not far from the center and half an hour walk from the new door station, this hotel is comfortable cozy, clean and friendly staff, we stayed one night room on the first floor with balcony air conditioning, en suite bathroom and comfortable bed 2 large windows that make light in the room even the area is super quiet sweet and savory breakfast buffet, hot drinks are served and I recommend latte macchiato and cappuccino extraordinary, parking for a fee on site!! Highly recommended!

Family trip

We had chosen this property because it had excellent reviews....Booking classified it with an eight....the people were friendly, polite, and helpful.....the location was perfect, practically a few steps from the center. Breakfast was standard (maybe fewer industrial products and a few more "homemade" cakes). The absolutely questionable thing is the cleanliness: it would be enough to vacuum properly because the uneven floors and the carpet really require it, and to clean the fingerprints on the doors and on high-contact surfaces. I recommend removing the unsafe bathtub.

Do not go there.

NIGHTMARE HOTEL.
The room was very different from the one shown in the photos and had various signs of wear and poor maintenance (damaged walls, broken bathroom fixtures, and chipped sanitary ware).
I did not report the issue during my stay or at check-out because it was only for one night, and I preferred not to cause inconvenience to the staff or other guests present. I then contacted the establishment afterward in a polite and discreet manner.
The response I received was disappointing: instead of focusing on the reported issues, I was led to believe that I was seeking a refund after seeing lower rates for other days. I want to clarify that my complaint was solely about the condition of the room.
I understand that prices may vary, but the published photographs should accurately represent all the rooms and not just the newest or best-maintained ones.

Warm in Turin.

Simple but perfect hotel, clean, quiet, excellent breakfast, and a lot of kindness from both the owners and all the staff.
