A beautiful discovery with a breathtaking view
We chose this hotel almost by chance as a base for Christmas markets. We stayed 2 nights on the fourth floor and I must say that the room was really very comfortable, the bed very comfortable and warm (I think that in several years that we frequent various hotels we had never happened to find such a convenience). Unfortunately we were surprised by the flu just as we arrived for our weekend, so we "enjoyed" especially the comfort of the room rather than the markets alas where we could shoot little... but it was like feeling at home so it did not weigh on us. The owner is a very kind lady, her son Daniele a great cook, we stopped for dinner both nights and we always found something great at the table, including desserts. Especially the pear and raisin cake. The waitresses are all very nice and helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast is buffet style and ready to satisfy any request, from sweet to savoury, from fruit juice to various flavors to milk. Also the gem of the hotel, especially the back... the view! Wonderful! Quiet, comfortable and cozy, recommended!
Quiet hotel, very convenient for walking and hiking (we moved by car to find the attacks but never more than 20 minutes), close to Caldonazzo, Levico and Trento, also has a private parking right in front with several places. The hotel is certainly many years old but the room seemed recently renovated. It was always clean and tidy, the view was very nice and there was everything you needed and everything perfectly working. The breakfast was great, not excessive but more than enough and met all tastes: two cakes always different, croissants, bread, fresh fruit, jams, cereals, juices, yogurt; for the salty boiled eggs and some saucer with cold cuts and cheese. We had dinner there on the second night and the remaining ones we did the same because we enjoyed it very much: the perfectly adequate price, the sweet and courteous staff, in the room there was no confusion and there was a relaxing background music that we enjoyed very much; every night you could choose between 3 first courses, 3 second courses and 3 desserts, with vegetarian option always present and often options with both meat and fish. Simple but very good and generous portions, we were always very satisfied. For leisure there is a room with piano, TV, terrace and table football (which we did not use because we were always outside) and an evening bar with tables both inside and outside serving both herbal teas / juices and cocktails and bitters. I recommend it especially for those who want to spend a quiet stay with good Service but without spending excessively.

Loved the room. Updated clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star for comfort was that there was no AC and it was quite warm on the fourth floor in August.

Questionable experience
3 nights in this hotel where every morning we were woken up by the neighbors for the rude ways of moving furniture, the high TV already at 5.00 and finally the considerable and noisy traffic of cars and motorcycles coming from the road below the structure that forced us to keep the window closed, despite the high temperatures of these days (and no, there was no split in the room).
Also, another unfortunate event is that our room was left with the door wide open forgotten by the Service Woman all day while we quietly were enjoying the holiday.
At the time of check out, despite the inconvenience had already been manifested to the management with the necessary manners several times and the reassurance on their part that similar situations would not occur again, made ..
Not a single penny was subtracted from the final bill.
I want to mention this detail not because I'm careful about the money itself, but because in a future perspective of wanting to return to the area one day, I would not choose this hotel anymore .. because I think that sometimes you need a little 'eye in certain things.
I conclude by saying that initially I did not even want to do the review, but I felt mocked.

Our room was clean and spacious. We were hot and there is no AC in the rooms but the front desk was kind and provided us with a fan.
