fabulous week
We spent a week in this residence. Our choice was in formula B & B, an apt choice for the excellent breakfast consumed 50 m. from the structure. The reception was not only kind but also very professionale.Il studio has met our expectations regarding cleanliness, space, and equipment of every comfort.

Perfect location!
I had a delightful experience at the Fontana Vecchia residence in May. The location is fantastic and convenient, with the fruit market, food shops, grocery stores, bars, and restaurants all within easy reach. If you're a beach lover, you're in for a treat - the beach is just a short walk away. The apartments are newly renovated, spacious, and spotless. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, TV, washing machine, dining materials, and a fridge. The bedroom, kitchen, and living area also have an air conditioner. You'll even find vending machines available in the hallway for different coffees and snacks, a thoughtful touch. However, what truly made my stay memorable was Francesca's kindness and helpfulness at the reception. I can't recommend the Fontana Vecchia residence enough for your holidays. As a bonus, there's secure parking available too.

Exceptional
Beautiful residence very close to everything:
to the sea, to the centre, to the market, to the shops. You can do everything without needing to take the car
Hospitality and cleanliness at the top.
The studio we occupied was equipped with everything you need and above all everything was in working order
I recommend booking parking inside the structure (throughout Vieste it is very difficult to find a place, unless you have to pay).
I highly recommend this residence.
The staff is always very kind and helpful.
I will come back for sure.

Absolutely recommended!
We stayed here for a week from 15th August.
To begin with, the assistance was exceptional even before arrival, providing us with the names of some restaurants and remembering to book given the date of our arrival (we tested all 3 suggestions, absolutely excellent!). We arrived a little late, almost 8pm, but we kept in touch via messages and they were very helpful, also proceeding with a very quick check-in, so we could get the children (4 and 2 years old) quickly to the room and then to dinner.
The apartment was a good size, not large but absolutely acceptable and corresponding to the description. Perfectly functional and well stocked in terms of dishes etc., for example there were 8 glasses in an apartment for 4. The air conditioning was only in the first room with kitchen, while in the double bedroom there was a floor fan. The combination of the two still allowed you to sleep without suffering from the heat. No mosquito problems, despite the absence of mosquito nets.
The location was absolutely perfect, a few minutes walk from the beach and also from the centre, very easy to go there for dinner even with small children.
Unfortunately we had forgotten to reserve parking, but we easily found paid parking a few meters away. Convenient especially using the EasyPark app with a daily or weekly rate.
We took advantage of the breakfast, and it was absolutely a great choice. We were a bit in doubt, since it was not inside the structure but in a nearby bar. But the bar was really close, and the quality of the products was excellent. For around €4 per person per day it included a hot drink (coffee, cappuccino, milk or any option), a juice with a choice of around 10 flavours, a very large croissant/bomb/muffin, very fresh and with abundant and tasty filling, waterfall.

Totally relaxing holiday
We have just finished our holiday and recommend this property. It is very clean, new and well maintained. The staff is friendly and always available. Furthermore, the proximity to both the sea and the center makes it an excellent solution for spending holidays in Vieste in total relaxation.
