Vacation guaranteed
returned home truly satisfied. The location is fantastic: a stone's throw from the beautiful Simius beach and close to the center of Villasimius, so you can reach everything comfortably on foot. The availability of reserved umbrellas on the beach is also very convenient, a super service! Not to mention the pool... what a wonder!
The apartment was spotless and well-equipped.
A heartfelt thank you to Francesca for the wonderful welcome, her availability, and her great professionalism. She was clear and present, helping and guiding me in the selection and booking process. I also thank the entire staff.

Fantastic stay.
The location is simply perfect: very close to both the beautiful beach of Simius and the town center, allowing for easy movement even on foot. The availability of reserved umbrellas on Simius beach, next to those of Tanka Village, was greatly appreciated.
The apartment was very clean, with adequate space for a family and a beautiful sea view. The real added value was the splendid veranda, where we spent a large part of our free time and dined every evening in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
We also wish to emphasize the extraordinary courtesy and professionalism of Francesca and her entire staff. Despite a small inconvenience during our stay, they were impeccable in handling it, demonstrating great attention towards the guests and even granting us a very welcome late check-out.
The sea and beaches in the area are enchanting, the residence turned out to be an excellent choice, and Francesca was truly fantastic.
Highly recommended in every aspect. We can't wait to return!

From the moment we requested information, she proved to be extremely efficient, preparing our quote in record time and always following up with courtesy, patience, and her smile. She is one of those people who can make you feel welcomed even before you arrive, as she conveys trust and resolves any doubts.
We were very satisfied and recommend this establishment to anyone looking for comfort, organization, and a family atmosphere. We will gladly return in July and introduce the establishment to my now-adult nephews
