A good hotel

Very comfortable hotel, parking next to the entrance, very large and comfortable room, as well as the bathroom. Cleanliness flawless. Good breakfast with adequate choice. Courtesy and professionalism of the lady owner. My room overlooked the street and you could hear the traffic, fortunately at night it is not very busy, otherwise sleep would be disturbed. In any case I would recommend it, choosing maybe a room not facing the street.

Too expensive for what it offers

Price absolutely out of logic for the room and services offered. More than €100 for a room without air conditioning, with a tiny breakfast room (4 tables and always without air conditioning. Imagine with the toast oven on what the weather could be!). Poor breakfast both in terms of quality and quantity. Check in and check out times indicated on Booking not respected by the lady a bit 'over the top for my taste and not really professional. Definitely the room was very clean, but it was really hot and there was a sort of central system that made a very loud noise so sleeping was impossible.
Room that is maximum worth 70€

Fully satisfied

Recent structure, furnished with care and elegance by the lady in charge, very professional and kind. Spotlessly clean, spacious and quiet rooms. Varied breakfast, with sweet and savory and fresh fruit salad.
Adequate price.
Strategic position to reach the various locations on the lake by car.

Excellent room, breakfast worth reviewing

The hotel is new and well maintained, clean and tidy and for this I congratulate the structure.
Excellent sleep quality! Bed hard but comfortable for my taste, pillows average.
Parking and night access are super convenient.
The staff were super helpful and welcoming, they also gave us information on what to do in the area, very welcome.
The only flaw... breakfast.
The breakfast room is small, 5 tables so I expect that when the hotel is full (there are about 12 rooms in total) there may be problems, space aside the quality is really low, the croissants although fresh are very very painful and the buffet is basically made up of pre-packaged food.
A shame because the hotel is really worth it and considering the price of the room, around 90 euros, I expected better, I happened to pay similar amounts (or even less) in more central areas and find better breakfasts, perhaps due to the fact that there were more guests coming and going.

Great Hotel

Nice hotel and very modern.
The host was very nice and cared a lot.
The room was large and we had a balcony.
The bathroom was also large with a comfortable shower.
Everything was spotless and clean.
I would give it 5 stars if it had an air-conditioning, and a more comfortable matress.
Overall, great hotel.
