Highest level hospitality in the heart of ancient Iraq

There are places that you visit once, and there are places that become an integral part of your experiences. The "German House" in the old town of Bakou is just like that for us. We stay here again and again, and each visit leaves a taste of more.
The location is simply perfect – right in the heart of the historic charm of Ancient Acu, within the alleys and a short walk from the market and the sea. The property itself is managed to the highest standards: cleanliness, design, thought of the smallest details and the unique atmosphere create a quality experience alongside home comfort.
But above all, what makes the German house exceptional are the hosts. The kindness, the breadth of heart and the desire to ensure that our stay will be perfect are inconceivable. They are an integral part of the amazing experience that Ecu has to offer.

nice and cosy- highly recommended

Nice experience of staying in a comfort place in the atmosphere of old Acre.
We were 3 people and we took the upper suit and the attached room, and this served our needs. We enjoyed sitting in the additional room (or a closed balcony) with view to the sea, nice table and kitchen - actually my friends wanted to have breakfast their although the guests also get discount at the nearby nice cafe near the sea and the light house. Peter and Elisabeth, the hosts were very nice and helpful, and assist us a lot. This is a perfect place if you want to enjoy the atmosphere of Acre, excellent location, and we used it also to go to work meetings we had in the area - good location between Haifa and Nahariya. The place was clean, comfortable and high value for the price.

Great place in the old city

Great location to everting in the old city.
Very nice hosts.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
We stayed there w 3 teenagers so it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a kitchen

Between the sea breeze and the waves, I met a dedicated host at the German hotel. The place was clean and tidy, and right across the street I found a fish restaurant and children jumping into the cold water. Thanks to Mr. Peter and his charming assistant. Highly recommended!
