A Perfect Recovery Experience – Outstanding Service and an Amazing Team

After a previous vacation with the chain that did not meet our expectations, we were offered a compensatory stay at Nirvana Suites. We are delighted to say that it exceeded all our expectations and provided a truly perfect recovery experience for our entire family.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a genuine effort had been made to ensure that our stay would be exceptional. We received a wonderful room with no issues whatsoever, and we were highly impressed by the outstanding level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
The entire staff was simply exceptional. from the front desk and dining room team to the pool staff, bar staff, and everyone else we encountered during our stay. Every employee was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. They made us feel welcomed, valued, and cared for at all times.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Haim, the CEO of the Astral Hotel Nirvana suites and Club, who personally oversaw the handling of our case and ensured that everything was managed flawlessly. His commitment to guest satisfaction, personal involvement, and genuine care are truly commendable and deserve special recognition.
We would also like to thank Kurdi, the bartender, who was always welcoming, cheerful, and attentive. His positive attitude and outstanding service greatly enhanced our experience throughout our stay.
The atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful, the food was excellent, the service was of an exceptionally high standard, and the overall feeling was that the entire team genuinely cared about ensuring that guests had the best possible experience.
We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Not a nice staff at all, a busy hotel, no good management, cleaning on the inside, just a shame on every dollar.

A hotel that doesn’t respect itself.

First of all because of the receptionist's mistake we had to pay more.
The room food is very dirty to use only once in a while!!
I stumbled on her hair twice in food when I came to the match.
And there was a broken food that the manager was even shocked to have given out to people.

It was really nice The hotel staff was very kind and most prominent Amelia's charming from the beginning welcomed us in pleasant and happy and loving the kids and throughout the whole holiday we had really nice together.

Not a recommended hotel chain

Not a recommended hotel chain. Their cancellation policy is problematic, even when cancelling more than 60 days in advance, a fee is still charged. The customer service experience is disappointing: cancellation cannot be done online and requires both an email and a phone call, which feels unnecessarily complicated.
There are plenty of excellent hotel chains that offer a smoother, more transparent process, so there is really no reason to deal with this level of inconvenience.
