The best destination and place to stay in Haifa

A very beautiful hotel. Excellent and kind treatment from all the staff

A stunning facade and view of the sea. Cleanliness and a smile from all employees. forward
The food was more than wonderful, both breakfast and dinner.

There was a lot of mold in the air conditioner for three days and by then my whole family was already sick and I wanted to leave the hotel immediately, but the manager said they would sort everything out. The deal was changed to a worse room and there were also a lot of problems in the room that some of them didn't fix. Despite many requests, after many requests for adequate compensation, a preliminary inspection, giving me access to the bar and all sorts of things that didn't satisfy my request because we lost a full vacation because the whole family was sick. There are many more unpleasant details that I could detail and that you might be interested in.
I called the front desk and he didn't answer me on purpose. After I found him, he simply explained to me that he doesn't answer people during work hours, even though I saw him talking on his cell phone while working without a problem. After I asked him if he knew why I was nervous, he said it seemed to him that something had happened to the air conditioner in our room. I explained that because of their negligence, the whole family got sick.

Cleaning in a loaded room improvement. Abundant and wide selection of breakfasts

The bathroom and bathroom were old and dirty. The head of the children's club was kind and devoted. Although it was written that it was possible to return after seven hours from the beach to the hotel did not allow us.

, שמחנו לשמוע שהחופשה שלכם אצלנו הייתה לשביעות רצונכם. מתנצלים על אי-הנוחות בחדר ונעקוב אחר המצב מול צוות המשק. זהו אירוע חריג שלא משקף את הקפדת המלון על סטנדרט ניקיון גבוה.
שמחנו לשמוע שאהבתם את ארוחת הבוקר. צוות המטבח משקיע המון כוחות כדי לפנק את אורחינו בארוחות משובחות ובשפע. מקווים שהצלחתם ליהנות מהנוף על המפרץ.

Great experience.

Great experience.
This is our fourth time at the hotel. This time we took the honeymoon suite with a balcony. A spacious, fresh suite. A large balcony overlooking the sea plus another standing balcony in the bedroom.
The level of cleanliness, the food fresh, delicious and abundant.
It was fun to meet Miri who's always smiling, asking and making sure we're happy.
Waiting for next time.
