Had a great stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located. The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Experience is missing

Overall stay at the hotel was fun but I have some constructive comments.
A. You have a nice seating area and view of the city, it's a pity you didn't open the bar there for the welfare of the guests.
Why is there no open bar in the lobby?

Nice.

I stayed with other friends for weeks and Saturdays at the Prime Royal Hotel. First of all, I have to mention praising Tally for my national invitations. She was very nice and I went to read for the requests I had.
The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Telbia and close to public transportation and walking to many places.
The lobby was big and nice to sit there. My room was really nice and very clean. We gave no early check in the evening for weeks and it was excellent and unobtrusive. Thank you!
Have some criticism...
Please pay attention and keep warm water throughout the holidays and Saturdays in a public place. I saw that most of the hotel guests were adults looking for hot water for a cup of tea or coffee.
Finished food please fill it. It's unpleasant to wander the workers all the time.
We had a very nice holiday and Saturday.

The staff was VERY helpful! We were disappointed that there was no breakfast, but we understood that it was because of the war and fewer guests. For at least one night, we were the only ones!
Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately.
Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent.

Great hotel!

Amazing hotel, clean, well-designed, excellent service, religious accommodation, location near Moses, quiet area, perfect parking, very good prices relative to Jerusalem and the period.
