Good vacation for families

Perfect place for family. Big family room . Good food, great service.

Excellent experience at the Village Hotel

We were on a family holiday at the hotel.
It was a pleasure!
The family room is large and nice, with an amazing view.
Great food!
The activities that the hotel organizes are very nice and add to the experience (the wine workshop was great)
Hotel staff service and friendly.
Well done.
Of course we'll be back.

Thanks for the excellent hospitality.

During our stay at the Italian Festival we were impressed by the organizing and hospitality. The cuisine of Chef Eli Cohen was also delicious and creative.
The staff (everyone) was good and thoughtful.
Thank you. We'll come again.

Terrible

I dont even remember if i bothered to write a review back in August but after reading an article on how fabulous the hotel is i could not sit quietly anymore.
While taking our first shower at the day we checked in the water immediately rised and the flow covered the bathroom, the room and the lobby outside. There was no time to call the reception or room services and i swipped it on my own using towels collecting the water and squeezing the water out time and time again. I openned the drain cap and it was completely blocked with hair and dirt. Clearly no one cleaned it for quite sometime. When i reported this the response was so indifferent and i was quite disappointed. Why should i do this work? I even wrote to their customer services after and received the same indifferent response....nothing. we paid a "very nice" nightly rate and i can only assume that this is not what expected from such a hotel.
