Staff was friendly, room service was great, and room was clean and well maintained by staff. And the metro was close by, which was a big help in traveling. Overall great experience

Good enough for business

The room was typical size for a business hotel, but it was well-cleaned and I had a comfortable stay without any discomfort. It was close to the station and there were many convenience stores and restaurants, so it was convenient, but not noisy either.
They also provided cleansing products and basic skincare products, which was helpful as I had forgotten to bring them.
There was a TV speaker in the bathroom so the sound was easy to hear.
Considering the convenience, it was sufficient. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Small but clean

The staff is smily and kind. My room was clean but really small compared on what I'm used to. The situation is great just near the keio metro line. The hotel is good to sleep, not to stay durong the day, wich is fine for me!

Hotel Twins Chofu: friendly and comfortable

We spent four nights in Hotel Twins Chofu. Almost across the road from Chofu train station there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. Yet, it is quiet and cosy. The rooms are a bit small, but have all the amenities including an electric kettle and hair dryer. The staff is extremely polite and helpful and although little English is spoken that does not take away from their attentiveness and warmth. Breakfast was included in the tariff and was sumptuous. The omlette was delicious and the soup delicate and tasty. It was a nice stay and certainly recommended.
