Nice and clean hotel. But the melting snow is not easy to walk on. ( For visit in June) It will be good if the commentary for walks or for night slide show can be in English as well. The staff are very polite and helpful. Delicious dinner too. Lastly thanks for giving me a room with wonderful view at level 4. Windows can be opened and air is very fresh. Free tea and coffee and selected timing. Souvenir shop and public bath are good too.

I want to go again.

The location, the food and the staff were excellent.　The facility was a little worn out, but I wrote it off and had plenty of change.

A hotel with first-class hospitality

When I arrived at the bus stop in front of the hotel in the evening, it was raining like a bucket flipping. The hotel was very helpful to pick me up with a lot of big umbrellas. We had self-service coffee in the lobby of the hotel and were very fit.
The dinner restaurant had a great view of the sea of clouds and a variety of sakes to try, so it was an elegant dinner time. In the evening, we had a fun talk about the history of the hotel and the episodes of preparations for the opening of the hotel in the spring. The starry sky at night is very nice and the staff will explain the starry sky. The next morning we could take a walk around the hotel and see a variety of alpine plants. It was a wonderful hotel.

The hotel in the middle of the moutain. Indeed!!!
The hotel is just short walk from the bus stop. Room was huge, well equiped with amenities. They also provide the skin care as well. The hotel dinner was really good. It was the japanese course with free flow drink. (Sake, Fruit liquir, beer, soft drink). There are a lot of activities inc. Walking on Midagahara wetlands, stargage (japanese only). The hotel is just next to Midagahara wetland which you can enjoy the view of seacloud in the evening and the stunning view of glassland and the mountain in the morning. 10 of 10.
