Lovely quiet stay. Room was great & clean. Great to have coffee in the lobby.

Location is good. Not to far from train station. Room can be cleaner. A lot of dust in room and hallway. Breakfast is not anywhere close to the pictures on website. Only have a few options and quantity is a few pieces per dish. It doesn't seem to have a lot of guests eating the breakfast when I stayed. I am not sure that's the reason why the quantity is so low. It's not worth to pay for breakfast in hotel. Overall, the hotel is okay but you can find a similar price range but better hotel. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Very close to Hakata Station, only 7 minutes walk. Small room but good for over-night stay or on a budget.

Room was clean and tidy. Staffs were all helpful. Air conditioning was good.

The location of the hotel is very close to the train/metro station. 5-7 mins walk distance.
Around the hotel, there are one family store and one lawson store. We can buy ice cream and alcohol drinks before go back to hotel.
