Next year too…

We stayed for the festival and didn't have much food or time to stay, but it was really helpful to change towels and throw away trash instead of entering the room for consecutive nights. The festival will be held next year, so please look forward to it again next year.

Poor service

I didn't stay there, but at the end of last year, on my way back from the hospital in Harborland, I had a seizure, my heart rate went up to 170 and I had chest pains. I asked a male employee at the counter of this nearby hotel to call an emergency vehicle, and when the emergency vehicle arrived, the male employee took care of it properly, but the two female employees were laughing even though I was the only one there and in a lot of pain, and they just stared at me (with cold eyes), and didn't even ask if I was OK, even though there was no one there... I think that's why it has fewer stars. I really appreciate the male employees' help. I'm disappointed with the female employees.

Great staff, clean room, and convenient location

Stayed for a week. The reception were great, always very polite and friendly, and ready to help. The spa was good to relax in after a long day of walking and sight seeing. I did not have breakfast but I did visit the restaurant for its buffet lunch. Limited selection but almost every dish was tasty. Hotel is conveniently located next to Kobe Station, close to Harborland and Motomachi/Chinatown shopping areas. Would stay again on my next visit to Kobe.

Crown palais hotel is already already old but clean
With direct access from Kobe station and harborland area like Mosaoic and Umie shopping center via under ground way

Amazing Hotel Stay!

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights while visiting family in Kobe and it was phenomenal! The rate was great, size was perfect, and room itself awesome! Its location was also perfect with the Umie and Mosaic malls within walking distance and other great attractions too! The staff was super friendly and accommodating especially with my trip being delayed by a day. I highly recommend this hotel!!!
