A resort hotel with excellent dinner and service

This time, I used the weekend to take care of the couple on their trip. It had the feel of a resort hotel on a lush plateau, and for dinner, we were able to enjoy dishes that could only be eaten here, including sophisticated appetizers made with many ingredients handmade by Chef Nakaji. Not only the classics like steak and bouillabaisse, but also the patéed campagne and roasted chicken, which was moderately oriental in spices, were good. In addition, the quality service provided by the staff, Mr. Kobayashi, from wine selection to service, made for a truly fulfilling dinner time. It is a hotel that I want to repeat again.

Nice hotel with excellent ambitions, but aging a bit too much. The dinner is of high quality, with high quality French cuisine (I'm French, and it matches home standards). Great onsen

I recently stayed at Komagane Kogen Resort Linx, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and seamless.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The view from the window was stunning, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. The serene setting made it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water.
Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help.
If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and an amazing hot spring experience, I highly recommend Komagane Kogen Resort Linx. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Flying squirrel tour is good

It took about 15 minutes from Komagane Station and cost about 2000 yen. The guests of this hotel are middle-aged and elderly people who can climb mountains because the Komagatake Ropeway is nearby. The front desk is very friendly. If you want to see the sunrise, take 211 to 227 or 311 to 327. If you want to see the mountains, take the opposite side. The room is a little dark. There are lights provided, but they are dim. There is no mineral water. The room is spacious and comfortable. There are no convenience stores nearby, so it is better to buy them at a convenience store near the station and take them to the hotel.
There are flying squirrels around the hotel. There is a nest box in a tree very close to the open-air bath outside the men's large bath, and they sometimes pop their heads out of the holes in the nest box. Flying squirrel observation and stargazing! There is a nature event enjoyment plan from around 6:30, so if you are staying at this hotel, it is better to participate. There are various options in the morning, and they also make omelets. I wish they would provide paper cups of coffee so that we can drink in the room. Dinner is buffet style and expensive. I wish they would make it a la carte. Nearby, the Minami Shinshu Beer Tasting Workshop (2nd floor of Komagane Farms) is about a 10-minute walk away.

Everything else was excellent except its bathroom, rather small and its floor is slanted for water flow. The room came with the great view of mountains of Komagatake. Within walking distance to various attractions including famous Kozenji temple. The only reason I gave the rating of 4 is because of its bathroom.
