Good Onsen Hotel for Kids-Friendly Groove

It's designed for groups with kids…the kids playroom has simple play equipment, cartoons and snacks, a popcorn maker (twice) for free, a free soft drink server, children's yukata and more.
The open-air baths were located far apart, so it was necessary to take stairs to get out of the building, so I used them once but didn't feel like going twice. You will also need to go up the stairs or hill as the car park is located on the equivalent of three floors below ground.
I was happy that the food was served at the kaiseki instead of at the buffet, but I felt like I was saying it was neither good nor bad in taste or quantity. Overall, I think Makospa is a good person.

This is a homely hotel with friendly staff.

I used it with my family. The staff was very friendly and the space felt like home and I felt comfortable from beginning to end. Even though I was a picky eater, he was very flexible about cooking.
The room was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. The manga corner is also a bonus.
If I had to say anything, I would have liked it if the open-air bath and the public bath were adjacent, but now I think it would have been nice if they were separated.
Anyway, the whole family was satisfied, so there is no doubt that it is a good hotel.
I think it's all about being satisfied during the limited number of days you travel.

The hotel had a very unique traditional design styles.
All the staff are so thoughtful and indeed its feels like a home when staying in there.
Strongly recommended to everyone to have a taste of staying over there.

I was once again impressed by this wonderful inn, with its warm and considerate attitude and customer-first approach.

It's been a while since I stayed here, but I was very happy that the staff remembered my children and welcomed me so warmly. I checked in late, so I was only able to use the large public bath once, but there are many different brands of shampoo and conditioner, so I'm always excited to choose what to use. It's one of the charms of this inn. Dinner was also delicious with a wide variety of dishes. They took photos of the guests at dinner and gave them to us when we checked out, and we could take a hot spring bath in the indoor bath in the room. They were still as considerate as ever, creating pleasant memories for us, and it was a very satisfying trip. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. I was also happy to receive the free drink service of juice and coffee. It was a little cold this time, so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't go outside to use the open-air bath. I would like to use it again. Thank you to all the staff.

considerate service attitude

Because the transfer train was delayed, when we arrived at Yunoyama Onsen Station, we had missed the scheduled connection time; we asked the station staff to help contact the hotel, and the shuttle bus arrived soon! Although the hotel is a bit older, the staff are very polite and enthusiastic! Especially Mina, from the very beginning of the welcome and introduction; we have to take the cable car to the Royal Palace, and specially bring warm bags; for my husband’s birthday at the beginning of the month, we specially arranged a birthday surprise (all of which have already been done) It’s the end of the month!); she gave us wine coupons and chatted with the “Captain” with us; she gave us a photo of the dinner and a handwritten letter when we checked out; we even received a letter of greetings from her a few days later! Mina, you are really hardworking and considerate! Thank you very much!
