A nice ryokan style hotel in good location
It's a nice budget-friendly way to experience a ryokan for a few nights. The staff are all nice and the rooms are very clean. The beds are comfy for what they are, don't expect some western-style mattresses, but it's a cool experience. The showers and toilets were always clean and it's nice to have the bath facilities, though we didn't use it because we were a little confused about whether you had to be naked or not! Tables and ping pong down stairs was also good for eating and chilling out.
Could be more signage for using the baths, was a bit awkward so we didn't use them! Also could do with another shower or so.

The room is beautiful and exactly as advertised. The room has a view of Mt. Fuji. The staff are lovely and friendly and can speak English. The location is near the train and buses to and from Tokyo are convenient. The bedroom is clean. There are both single bathrooms and separate onsen for men and women. The women's onsen room has a view of Mt. Fuji. Very impressive.

Cosy mattres, great amenities, easy to find, just opposite the kawaguchiko station. With Mt Fuji view in front of the lodge.

I booked the Fujisan view room and it is absolutely worth it. Amazing view from the room and their comforter is soooo fluffy. They provide yukata(?) toothbrush, water heater, and green tea in the room. They also have clothing iron if you need it. Only thing we wish they have is a mirror in the room but the toilet was near so I guess it is fine. The inn is right in front of Kawaguchiko station so its also very convenient. The receptionist lady also offer to help me call Yamato when I asked her about an issue I have with my luggage delivery which saved me a lot of headache. The public bath was amazing as you can have a view of Fujisan while bathing.

Convenient location right opposite the station
No lift in building, but the building is only 4 storeys high.
Tatami bedding is soft and comfortable, room is warm and clean. And very spacious - enough for 3 and 2 big luggage and still space to move about. Kettle and water pitcher provided. Yukata, towel and toothbrush provided.
Onsen was great - went multiple times and was always almost empty, perhaps everyone was shy. Otherwise individual cbathing cubicles are also available, though only 2.
Toilets are separate, common one on every floor. Same, never saw anyone else at the same time nor had to wait, perhaps everyone is out most of the time.
Best part of the rooms is the view… 🤩
Tldr: very convenient location with spacious warm rooms, great views and free onsen.
