Highly recommend

An extremely well appointed 4-5 star hotel. Very clean. Staff are courteous and friendly. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.

I never remove facilities or people, so I stay every time.

Even though I would like to stay at other hotels, there is no doubt that I will always stay here when I stay in Naha.
For Club Floor accommodation, check-in and check-out are all done comfortably in the lounge, and taxi arrangements after check-out are always helpful. It's a bit uphill from Kokusai Dori, but it's quiet and the view from the room is good. I am also happy to have a beer in the lounge in the morning.
I'm sure he'll still choose Hyatt Regency Naha next time.

Please be aware of activity reservations with transfers

I was very happy to stay at the Hyatt for the first time overall and to use the suite for a proposal, but there was one point that I felt very sorry and wasted.
The website offered activities with hotel transfers (mangrove kayaks), so when I applied, the tour company asked if I could come by myself, as the dates and times requested were full of transfer reservations. I visited some other times and found others full. The price was not mentioned until we asked questions. As a result, we cancelled and arranged for the kayaking company to experience it without going through the tour company ourselves, but there was no one but us at the venue on the day (the person in charge said there was no one but us) and I was confused as to what a full pick-up service was. If you can't pick up or drop off at least because it's full, I think it's better not to make reservations. I was able to find other activities from the time I applied until I got back and cancelled my reservation. It is not directly to Mr. Hyatt, but since we have introduced the partnership on our website, I think it would be better to manage the improvement of the service of the partner company well. That was the only thing I was sorry for.

It was below my expectations.

When I tried to check in at 3pm, they told me the room wasn't ready and I had to wait in the lobby.
It was the worst because the companion was unwell. The explanation, they said, was that when I made the reservation, I had checked in at 16:00. I've never been told that at another hotel.
The staff have a bad attitude towards customers. When I heard this story, I was told, yeah, yeah. I think it's normal to say yes.
Breakfast seems to be popular, but it wasn't as good as I'd hoped.
