Clean and good location. Co-located with Izakaya. Easy acess and parking.

The room and amenities. For the room we recieved it was very unique and had a nice view. Some suggestions, it could have more amenities and update to some features. For example the tall bed in room 101 could be lower, for shorter people. The toilet to be positioned in a way with more space, especially for tall people. There could be a washer and dryer especially for towels. Could provide more towels. Could have access to tea and coffee. Could have disposable shoes. The bathrooms could have newer shower drapes. The bath tub could be stuck to the floor incase people step in the otherside. The tiles were nice and polished and made the place bright.

Walkable distance to American village for shopping. The beach is right out the front door. There’s a restaurant upstairs and is super busy on weekends and noise from it is horrible!

Pros: It was the perfect location. Beach was right out the front door, as well as an awesome playground for the kids and a basketball court! Walkable distance to the American village. Could see the fireworks from the front porch every Saturday and Tuesday! The views were great! There was plenty of things to do with in walking distance!
Cons: there is a restaurant upstairs so on the weekends it is super busy and extremely loud and you can hear everything going on up there. Makes it hard to sleep with that much noise. There is a big parking lot but it’s the restaurants. They give you one spot to park there but on the weekends if you leave and come back the restaurant is full and you will have no where to park, or the opposite if you want leave you may be blocked in and not be able to which is frustrating. There is no housekeeping. We stayed a month there so we had to go out and buy the essentials. There is no one there to ask a question or get any help. The washing machine was discusting!
So in overall it depends on what your needs and wants are.

【Notice】An inn that is clean and well equipped, but cannot sleep (no compensation)
"Beware of noise that continues late at night and inadequate response."
In February 2025, I planned to use it with my family (including two small children) for three consecutive nights, but the noise in the first night lasted until midnight, which caused the parents to lose sleep and the children to start crying in fear.
Right under our guest room is an outside tenant restaurant, which appears to have hosted the wedding after-party.
Even after 24:00, the sound of music, male screams and whistles reverberated through the cabin.
We asked the hotel to take care of it, but they told us that it was a separate company from the tenants, so we could only call to warn them.
I phoned to alert the restaurant on the first floor.' The noise didn't subside after 1am.
After that, my family and I were not in an environment where we could sleep peacefully. Especially for young children, the loud noise scared them away, and as parents, we had to spend most of our sleep taking care of our children.
The next morning, we had another conversation with the hotel, and the main points they made were that the ground floor tenant had nothing to do with us, that we would do as per the regulations, and that we could not be held responsible for the noise compensation and cancellations made the following day.
We have also been able to work with our booking.com support team to negotiate with them, but the results have been the same.
As a result, we decided that we couldn't guarantee a safe environment, so we decided to abandon the rest of our reservation and move to another hotel.
Unsurprisingly, there was no refund for the costs we had already paid.
A sorry point.
1. Noise in the middle of the night
The volume of the party, which continued past 24:00, exceeded expectations and was very unbearable for families with small children.
2. Hotel Response
"It seems the company's policy is not to take responsibility for noise problems, either now or in the future, simply by ""phone caution.""" They gave us a heads-up, but there was still no guarantee when things would not improve.
3.No compensation whatsoever
There was no refund or reduction of any amount even in the situation where the accommodation environment was clearly damaged. (Legal measures are necessary if it is related to the accommodation even if it is a separate tenant: Article 4 of the Travel Agency Law). I felt that it was not suitable for those who wanted flexibility in dealing with problems in the nighttime zone.
Review
· The building itself is beautiful and the location looks good, but there is a possibility of loud noise continuing until midnight due to the influence of the first floor tenants.
· Since the hotel and the restaurant are operated separately, the hotel was practically unable to deal with noise problems when they arose.
・It is not recommended especially for families with small children, those who want to spend quiet nights, or those who want to rest slowly.
We ended up spending a lot of money, including the rest of the accommodation, which scared the children. It was an overnight experience that took a lot of time and money, with extra alpha expenses, caring for children during the midnight hours and the next day, and dealing with problems.
It was a good social experience, but I would have liked to have spent the whole trip in Okinawa if possible. The above is just our experience, but we hope it will be helpful for those considering staying.
If you are looking for a quieter night or are travelling with children, we strongly recommend you choose a different accommodation.
