Pretty good stay
We stayed at Hilton Niseko Village during the summer off-season and were pleasantly surprised by how busy the hotel was. There were quite a few tour groups, but the hotel handled them well by opening a separate breakfast floor for the groups, so our breakfast experience never felt crowded or chaotic.
Our room had a fantastic view of Mt. Yotei, and waking up to that scenery every morning was one of the highlights of our stay.
The international staff were consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming. They provided excellent service throughout our visit.
The onsen was nice, but it wasn't always the peaceful experience we had hoped for. There were several large tour groups, and the baths could get quite noisy (my wife especially noticed this). If you're looking for a quiet soak, going early in the morning is probably your best bet.
My only real complaint is that the hotel wasn't very accommodating for families with infants. They wouldn't heat our baby's food because of restaurant regulations. It would have been helpful if they had provided a microwave somewhere in the hotel instead of suggesting that we order something from the restaurant's kids' menu.
Overall, Hilton Niseko Village is a comfortable hotel with beautiful views and excellent staff. It's also a convenient base for exploring Hokkaido, with many of the region's major attractions within about a two-hour drive. We'd happily stay again, especially outside the peak winter season.

Memorable experience
My family and I had a wonderful summer stay at Hilton Niseko Village.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Avish, and every interaction throughout our stay reflected genuine Hilton hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming.
A special thank you to the team at Melt Restaurant, especially Mulyana, Wisnu, Raymond, and Rose, for their exceptional service during both breakfast and dinner. Their attentiveness and genuine care made every meal a pleasure.
The hotel facilities were also excellent. We particularly enjoyed the onsen, especially the outdoor bath, which was incredibly relaxing. The gym was well-equipped, the convenience store in the lobby was very handy, and the location next to Niseko Village gave our children plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoor playground and surrounding activities.
I would also like to recognize Yuri-san, Shohta-san, and especially Winter, who was the true star of our stay. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and proactive approach to guest care left a lasting impression on our family.
While some areas of the hotel may be showing their age compared to newer properties in Niseko, what truly sets Hilton Niseko Village apart is its people. The warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality displayed by the entire team made us feel valued throughout our stay.
There were many other team members who contributed to our experience, and while it is impossible to mention everyone by name, please accept my sincere thanks. If I have misspelled anyone's name, I apologize.
Hotels may be renovated, furniture may be replaced, and facilities may be upgraded, but genuine hospitality comes from people. Hilton Niseko Village won our hearts because of its remarkable team, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Best hotel
We had one of the best Hilton stays we’ve ever experienced at Hilton Niseko Village. The breathtaking scenery surrounding the hotel is absolutely stunning, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Hokkaido.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff, especially Winter. She is the most amazing host we have ever met at any hotel around the world. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome with her warmth, kindness, and personal attention. Amazing service with Hilton.
We had a fantastic dining experience at Hilton Niseko Village.
We visited the BBQ restaurant for dinner with our family of five after it was highly recommended by the team at Hilton Hinode Hills Niseko, and we are so glad we went. The food was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and delicious flavors. Every dish was beautifully prepared and enjoyed by the whole family.
What made the evening even more special was the outstanding service. The staff member who took care of us throughout the dinner was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but I believe she was from Sri Lanka or Nepal. She was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Her hospitality made us feel very welcome and added so much to our dining experience.
My mother especially loved the food and was very impressed by both the quality of the dishes and the service. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Niseko.
Thank you to the entire team for a memorable evening. We highly recommend the BBQ restaurant at Hilton Niseko Village and look forward to returning on our next visit. We was the end of April in Niseko.

Our stay at this Hilton was very pleasant. All the hotel staffs that we had contacts with all speak English, until many hotels that we have stayed in Japan for the past two months. The hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with one hotel staff name Winter, her name tag said she is the hotel’s Journey Ambassador. Winter’s service, attitude and the way she treated us was EXCEPTIONAL!
We booked a very nice corner room with great views, only one room like ours per hotel floor. However, there was no internet signal in our room. Winter not only brought in a hotspot device, but she was very patient and courteous, and helped each of us connected with the hotel’s wifi.
Then we met Winter again in the hotel restaurant, Winter was not only attentive, but she followed up with us, treated us like true VIPs. She was sincere and genuinely nice. She made sure that not only every need was provided but every unspoken desire was satisfied.
Truly exceptional and extraordinary service. The encounter with this one hotel staff truly made us want to stay at this Hilton again should we come back to Hokkaido in the future.
