Beautiful hotel and spacious, comfortable room!

First of all, I feel it's very important to mention that the staff here were very helpful in handling a big problem I had with my booking app. I was very grateful for this assistance.
There is a beautiful garden outside the lobby. The room had a great view of the town and Hachiman mountain, and was among the most spacious and comfortable I've had in Japan.

1) air conditioning is very week, suggest equipping with one more fan in the room
2) only one female lobby staff worked very slowly . Other staff just rest not come out for work
We had waited for a very long time to get back our stored luggage and missed the JR train 😥🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

Nice place for a short stay

Given to the terrible experience in Hotel Wing in Kyoto, I would say this hotel is so much nicer. It's a large hotel with plenty of space in the lobby. Close to transport station. It is a bit confusing how to get into the hotel when we're in opposite direction but Japanese are really nice and let us just turn into it.
The room is bright and clean with all necessities (and they are eco!). Air con slightly hot but they have a fan / air purifier in room.
The soundproof of the room wasn't really good. We could hear noise from the lift / train passing by, even in midnight. And in the morning, the construction work nearby was also noisy. A big minus for this hotel.
The car park is a bit dark, best to ask thoroughly about parking fee as we didn't know that the overnight parking suppose for certain time but the staff helped us took care of it.

This hotel is very close to the train station, thus it is also close to restaurants and izakayas. Free parking was great. It would have been perfect if there is a big bath.

The best city hotel in Omihachiman

Located about a 3-minute walk from Omihachiman Station. There is a large multi-storey car park on the premises. The lobby has a stylish atmosphere. The hotel has a chapel, wedding hall, banquet hall and several restaurants, making it the best city hotel in Omihachiman.
I stayed in a deluxe twin room on the executive floor (8th floor). It is a long, 32 square meter room. There is a table set directly in front of the entrance and two semi-double beds at the back. The bathroom is tiled and has a fixed shower and a hand shower. The room was spacious and had a great view from the window, so I was able to relax.
