It was very clean, and the staff were excellent. The location was perfect for traveling by train.

New and modern hotel in front of Osaka station
It is a new Hankyu Group hotel that opened in March 2025 at Grand Green Osaka, a commercial facility near JR Osaka Station, and I used it when visiting the Osaka Expo.
As you ascend by elevator from the plant-decorated entrance, the spacious lobby is also decorated with plants everywhere, which, combined with the natural textures of wood and stone, gives it a chic feel, as does the room. It is a bit spacious when you pass through a long L-shaped narrow corridor for a hotel room, and the large windows were two corner rooms, so it feels very open. But at the time it was an area under redevelopment, so it wasn't a very good view.
The bathrooms and sinks are new and beautiful, and the small tablet consolidates functions such as lighting and air conditioning control, extension and service requests, and there are large LCD TVs, air purifiers, and espresso machines, so you can spend your time comfortably.
This time I stayed on the standard floor because the objective was the Osaka Expo, but if you stay in a room on the club floor, you can use the private lounge and it seems to be an even higher quality room, so it might be an option if you spend more time in the hotel.
The hotel does not have a public bath, but it is affiliated with the adjacent Umekita Onsen Lotus Wellbeing Park, and you can go directly to and from the 4th floor. You can't enter the infinity pool or bedrock bath once a night, but you can take a bath in the spacious natural hot springs at a discounted price, and you can pass the wait in the private area with TV and massage chairs.
It's a bit expensive when you think of it as a business hotel, but it's a very convenient location for sightseeing in Osaka, and it's not at the level of meticulous attention to detail in terms of service, so you may be left a little dissatisfied, but it was a well-balanced stay that was generally satisfying. If you want great service and luxurious facilities, you can also choose the luxury Hilton brand Waldorf Astoria Osaka hotel in the same redevelopment area of Osaka Station's north exit, depending on your cost, use and preference.

This hotel is absolutely incredible! The location is excellent, with the surrounding area packed with shopping malls, restaurants, and everything you could possibly need. Thanks to the connecting bridges, you can easily reach anywhere without even stepping outside. The train station is right next to the bridge and is just as easy to access. The hotel's location, cleanliness, and comfort were amazing. Highly recommended to everyone.

The hotel was perfect for easy access to the Osaka train station. If you take the bridge gate exit from JR lines you can access the hotel through a grid of skyways. Super easy. Lots of good food and such around as well.
