I will come back

Very nice people at the reception
Nice hotel
I am very happy to have a little breakfast for the morning (bread and croissant)
Free hot drink (coffee and tea) at the lobby
Access to a washmachine and dryer for a small fee.
It is very cute to have given a little present to my son at the arrival.
Very close to train/underground
Prices very interesting

Have a great trip!

This hotel was absolutely amazing!
For less than $30 a night, I honestly couldn’t believe how good it was. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was even a public bath where I could relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The complimentary bath towel service was a nice touch, and breakfast included freshly baked bread every morning, which was absolutely delicious. They also offered free drinks throughout the stay.
I even received a local food map with recommendations for nearby restaurants, which helped me discover some fantastic places to eat.
Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, and it made my trip to Japan even more memorable.
I would definitely stay here again!

Very good budget hotel, the rooftop bathroom is good. Only just not enough toilet room for each floor.

BED BUGS!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My partner and I stayed here in May 2025 and the second night when we returned to our hotel we found BED BUGS! We found 3 bugs in total and when we told management, they told us that since they could not prove the bugs came from their hotel (doubtful, as I found out later previous guests have found bed bugs there too), that they could not fully refund us. My partner was covered in bites.
They offered 3 out of 4 nights refund but I realised after that it was half the total cost (so they probably said it was 3/4 night refund to appease us). We wasted 5 hours running all our stuff through the dryers and had to move hotels. Our shoes and some belongings were also ruined by the heat of the dryer.
I wish I could upload videos here, as I literally have a video of the bed bug still twitching after we smashed it. We believe the bugs hide under the tatami mats, which makes them hard to spot at first. Please just book a nicer hotel and avoid the hassle of bed bugs!!

The room was great and a unique experience for me, but a tad small for three people. The bathroom and shower being communal was a bit unappealing, but the rooftop bath was amazing. First floor amenities were really nice, and the access to the neighborhood and the train station was nice. Would most likely book again.
