A good place to stay in a safe area in Osaka with easy access to food and shopping as well as the train stations. Fancy shops and restaurants just around the corner. Japanese tatami mats are fun for the kids. Clean sheets and towels.

MIMARU is a great option for families visiting Japan. The rooms are great and the staff is the friendliest I've met. We'll be staying here again.

The property was well located very near to the train lines. Both Shinshaibashi and Yotshubashi stations are nearby. There is a konbini next door and AEON Food Style is just around the corner. The staffs also provided us with a 5% off discount voucher for AEON.
There's laundry room downstairs with 4 washing machines and 4 dryers too. inside the room, there's 2 induction stoves, kettle, fridge, and a freezer.
The property is clean and especially the staffs are super friendly and super helpful. Thank you Rai, Angeline, Hai, Maria, Cha-Eun, and Shun. You all were amazing.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Osaka, Japan. We really enjoyed our time staying there.

I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again the staff were awesome especially when we had an issue with our luggage.
The hotel is close to everything clean and the rooms were comfortable.

This was our only stay at a MIMARU hotel during our 14-day trip to Japan, mostly because their popularity made them difficult and relatively expensive to book. I was curious to compare their services to the other hotels on our trip.
What I found was that all the hotels we stayed at, including this one, were immaculately clean with very polite customer service. The kitchenette in our unit was nice and had everything we needed (no toaster though). The room itself was unusually large. I think that fact, combined with its popularity among families with young children and it's relative location to the fire station, made it slightly noisier than the other hotels we stayed at on our visit.
There was no washer/dryer in the unit, but there was a coin operated one on the first floor (detergent included). This put it slightly behind the other hotels we stayed at that had washers in the unit. Where this hotel stood out though, was in it's warm multi-lingual hospitality, and it's relatively quiet (apart from the fire station) and convenient location. It was steps from the Yotsubashi station, which connects to the Shinsaibashi station via an underground mall. It was also steps away from a Family Mart and a very nice grocery store, with several other wonderful grocery stores nearby. And even though it was tucked in a quiet corner, it ended up being very close to all the action of the Dotonburi area.
