It's my favorite hotel.

Thanks to Yokohama, Bashamichi, and Sapporo and Richmond, I want to choose where I go, so even on my first trip to Osaka, I came here without hesitation. I care a lot about cleanliness, but I never had a negative point at Richmond.
The single room was just right in size, and the interior was cute with colors that Richmond had never seen before (maybe you need to devise ways to use it if you use it for business?). It was also great to see Tsutenkaku illuminated from the room.
It was a nice service with amenities and coffee, as well as a water dispenser.
When I tried to pre-pay, I couldn't do it because it seemed like my time was up, so I thought I should pre-pay from now on because the check-in was face-to-face and there was a waiting time. I wonder if there was actually a way to do this now, but I would appreciate it if you could state the limit until the last minute if it was possible to prepay.
I want to go to Osaka again, so I'll repeat it!

The best hospitality that calms you down

We used the mystery plan and stayed with the couple. It was a twin type, but because it was a universal twin, the room was large and very quiet in the top floor room. I can also work remotely, and I can rest assured that the staff will be attentive to me. The rental equipment that I requested was also perfectly prepared. It's really great because it's well-cleaned. The location is also a little far from Namba, but it is quiet because of that. The rooms and buildings will be renovated as well (my room has been re-enrolled), so it must be even more comfortable! Thank you very much. I will be looking after you again at the end of next month.

Always comfortable.

I used to use it for about three years when I was on a business trip. I still stay at Richmond Hotel Daikokucho when I travel to Osaka. I also use it less often for family trips.
It is very convenient to walk from Namba and to watch baseball games at Kyocera Dome, one stop away by subway. The price is reasonable and the breakfast is very satisfying, the family says the same.
The staff are also very professional and have never been uncomfortable.
I recommend it.

Gratitude

The front desk was very responsive, and they responded politely to changes in receipts (caused by my input error). It was a comfortable business trip, with comfortable sleeping and cleanliness.
