This is our second time staying at this hotel.
Great location, close to subway and Dotonbori, plenty of shopping and dining options.
Staff is always from and they kept our luggage and allowed us to hang out in the lobby while we waited for our transportation to depart.
Room was clean and spacious, but the internet wasn’t strong enough, kept on dropping the Wi-Fi.

Very Bad experience

One Word review. Avoid. We had 2 Adjacent rooms booked as travelling with family. One of the room ceiling has some sort of a mold and was also smaller as compared to the other room which we had because of a huge column in the room. I asked for a change of the room but after little arguing they offered rooms on different floors which we didn’t take. Now like other hotels in Japan they don’t deep clean your room for 3-4 days of stay but still they should do basic cleaning like change bedsheet & clean toilet. Their pillows are really bad & old. They don’t even offer free water which we found strange. They have a system to put your dirty towels in a basket outside your room & they can change it daily in the morning. Now if you need extra towels run to reception to get one. For Trash put it outside your room for it to be picked up. Its like you are at home. Also imagine a scene where you are coming back from your breakfast walking past baskets filled with Trash & dirty towels. What a scene on a vacation. In breakfast they expect us to pick up our utensils and keep it in the designated trolley. Its find for a food court but you don’t really like that on a vacation. All this sound like heavy cost cutting to save on staff.
Except for a good location really didn’t like this hotel. Avoid if you can.

Location is very convenient. The room is neat. The staff are very helpful. Lots of food choice for breakfast. Recommended

Casual hotel with good location

It was about halfway between Nagahoribashi Station and Nihonbashi Station.
Convenience stores are located within walking distance of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, and close to the hotel.
There were many restaurants, so it was not a problem for shopping.

Very clean nearby family mart and 10 mins to dontonbori street. Quiet area and amenities nearby the elevators provided if needed.
