Opened in November 2016, The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi is an entirely non-smoking accommodation set in Osaka, just a 3-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station and a 10-minute walk from Glico Man Sign.

Travel to the Japan
We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of March 2026, when we were in Osaka. The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre to the Namba metro station 5 minutes walk. The rest are even closer within a 2-minute walk. Nearby is the pedestrian street Dotombori with many restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff, young guys and girls, always helpful, prompt. The room is not very big, but there is everything you need. We lived on the 7th floor. There is also a laundry room there. Washing 400 yen, drying 200. Pleasant surprise: there are massage chairs in the hall, which can be used for free, the session is 15 minutes. In the lounge, to the left of the reception from 15 hours to 21:30 free drinks, including alcoholic drinks, and light snacks. A large selection of alcohol: delicious liqueurs, wine, whiskey, including Japanese, sake, beer. From 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. plus free ramen soup, very tasty. It's great instead of dinner. We took a room with breakfast, for breakfast there is fish, sushi, miso soup, Japanese seasonings, a large selection of coffee, tea, juice, cola, and all this from one machine. The sockets in the room are Japanese, the reception asked for charging adaptors for charging phones.

Value for Money
This place is amazing ,great nightly price we are staying 4 nights and have a 4 bed room, 3 people, as we arrived a little earlier than they expected and they have this room available. They have a huge amount of necesities if you forget them or your charger fails for example. The laudry is very small only 3 washers and 3 driers and yes unfortunately people do "hog" them. TIP save your 100 yen coins for these machines. The driers do take twice as long for a cycle so be preparted. Everyday they have free drinks, alchol, coffee,tea,soft drinks,icecream. At around 8.30pm they have Ramen free everynight 5pm till 6pm they have different activities also. There are also free massage chairs at reception, no bookings required just help ypurself.
The reception staff are extremely helpful in everyway.
Its also central to everything food area, trendy clothes, groceries shops, and lots and lots of trinkets shops as well as your Louis Vouton, Chanel, Douce Gabana etc.
If theres rooms available your crazy not to stay !

Late-night ramen is very crowded
There is a wide smoking area to the left of the entrance, you can see it immediately because the red bridge is prominent,
15:00 Check-in was crowded, but not so, it ended smoothly,
I was sent an email registration in advance, but the passport number is not necessary for Japanese.

was already gone, only vanilla ice cream remained, well,
The view is not good because it was on the fifth floor, it can't be helped because it's all over town,
Too bad you didn't go to the roof,
I went out to eat at night, and when I came back I went to eat ramen at 20:30 and there was already a line,
I wonder if the whole family is out, many children, some people seem to eat a couple of drinks per person,
There are no seats available, we shared a table, we were doing construction work in the building, so I wonder if we will expand it.
In the morning, I had a late-night snack, so I went before 7:00 and was the first one, and yesterday's crowd was

Wonderful hotel. Would stay again.
Family of four and we stayed in a room with four beds and were very happy with our room. The hotel itself was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Each afternoon there was free ice cream which was a huge delight. Drinks were available at all times. The atmosphere was peaceful, quiet and welcoming and very clean and tidy. Very close to everything, only a few minutes walk from the station. Highly recommend.

We would have given 4.5 stars if that was an option. Here’s a list of our pros and cons:
Pros: Excellent location. Easy walking distance to shopping and dining, including Dotonbori. The guest lounge was amazing. We did pay for breakfast a few mornings. Nice variety of both Asian and non-Asian foods at a decent price. After breakfast, you could get free, all you can drink soft drinks, beer, wine and whiskey. They also had free ice cream in the afternoon, and free ramen every night at 8:30. They also had free activities every day, but we never got a chance to take advantage of any of them.
Cons: we had a triple room, and there was literally only inches between each bed. It was impossible to walk between them. The rest of the room was very tiny. No dresser, which meant we had to live out of our suitcases. Bathroom was very tiny, almost no room between sink, toilet and shower/tub. Almost no counter space in the bathroom. Laundry area on 12th floor had 3 washers and 3 dryers which were very small. Four days of laundry for three people took up all three washers.
