Amazing Place to Stay
I stayed with my family. It's more like a rented apartment - small rooms but has all the amenities. The beds were comfortable. Walkable distance (5 mins) to nearby JR Temma station. The only issue is the noise from the train as the corridor is literally next to the tracks (they provide earplugs in the room).

Extremely close to train tracks, if you are a light sleeper you may want to skip this hotel. However the cost performance overall is not too bad because it’s not really expensive and the size of the room is fairly big.

Popular Inn Near Tenma Station
This B&B is located in a building along the railroad tracks, about an 8-minute walk from Tenma Station on the JR Loop Line. The entrance is auto-locked and there is a convenience store nearby, so it is convenient.

The accommodation facility is great. However it is a little distancing from the station.

Hidden gem of Osaka
I stayed with my husband and two small children - 3 yo and 11 months. This is more like a rental apartment so it is not serviced. But they provided vaccum cleaners shall you want to maintain some level of cleanliness.
The apartment is located a 5 min walk from the JR Temma station which has direct train from Kansai Airport using JR Kansai Airport service (70 minutes ride). We arrived past midnight with two luggage and our kids on the stroller, so it was convenient.
JR Temma station is one station away from Osaka station, and two train rides to Shin-Osaka station. So it is perfect for those using JR Pass and would like to make day trips using shinkansen to Kyoto, Kobe, Himeji, Okayama and Hiroshima, among others. From the station as well you can use Osaka Loop Line to Osaka Castle, Tennoji and Bentencho station for Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan.
As well, it is within 5 minutes walk as well you can reach the Osaka Metro Ogimachi station which has direct train to Namba area.
The apartment size is just nice for four of us, but we had to fold the strollers upon entering. The beds are very comfortable (the best so far in Japan). We love it so much because it allowed us to recover well after a long day of sightseeing, They provided cooking utensils including salt, oil and pepper for simple cooking so it is very convenient. There are microwave and kettle as well.
There is a washing machine with detergent but sadly no dryer. But there are plenty of hangers and clothes pegs and a balcony to dry your clothes. However, because it is almost winter, that did not work for us. Luckily there is a 24 hours coin laundry around the corner, about 300 metres from the apartment.
The bathroom is pretty good size with shower cream, shampoo and conditioner. They also provided comb and tooth brushes for our stay.
The apartment looks very new and the of designer's ID.
There are plenty of groceries area such as Super Tamade around the train station. Convenience stores are plenty with the nearest one a mere 3 minutes walk.
As well, there is a drug store in front of JR Temma station where I could buy supplies and food for my baby son.
The only issue is the noise from the train. The corridor is literally next to the train tracks. However, we managed to get the top floor and unit no.2, so there is another room between the bedroom and the corridor to insulate us from the noise. Nevertheless, the host provided ear plugs for our stay.
All in all, I would really recommend this apartment.
