the staff were lovely, and the rooms were so clean! it was the perfect spot for us for a couple nights in tokyo. would definitely recommend!

Never in my life have l wanted to leave a hotel so quickly! I don't recommend staying here.
First, there is no wall to ceiling coverage of the deluxe rooms, whereas the regular pods more full coverage. Because of that, there was a bright light shining directly in my face all night, making sleep extremely difficult. Every day I would be woken up around 5 to sounds of banging suitcases and loud movements, further disrupting my sleep. It got to the point where I contemplated eating the cost and getting a different hotel for the night. Terrible.
Secondly, when I got my bags from storage, I tried to sit down to call a taxi and charge my phone for a couple minutes as it was nearly dead and I had to use it for the train. As I sat down, a staff member said that since I was not a guest, I could not sit down in the lobby area. Never in my life have I not been allowed to sit down and call a taxi less than 2 minutes after fully checking out. The staff member kept interrupting me when I tried to say even one word, two or three times, just telling me over and over "you cannot sit" here. On top of that, she said nothing and gave me a bad look as I went to the elevator, even as her coworker said goodbye. So I had to walk 20 minutes to Sapporo station with two large suitcases and a useless phone. I am respectful of hotel policies and left, but if your policy involves sending a solo female traveler off with a borderline dead phone and heavy luggage after being extremely rude, change it.

Just stayed end of July for 5 nites at the premium cabin
Really enjoyed the experience
If you come from odori st, go to ‘pole town’ mall and exit at ‘l’occitaine’ store via escalator and the cabin at left side just across’parco’. So ideally located
They have onsen with 4 pools but quite busy so choose your time wisely
I took breakfast which more than enough to me, buffet style
The reception at second floor and can keep luggage till 6pm after checking out
The tram just outside the cabin
Most of the bus station is around odori park so walking is easy
Will stay again

The amenities were lacking every hostel Ihave stayed at have lockers this one had a very tiny one in capsule didnt hold much .I left my suitcase at front desk as didnt feel comfortable leaving it in front of capsule .Also bathrooms not well cared for sink blocked and also toilet running water in one place.Most people have luggage so I think they should have lockers very sad as location great and was expecting more.

Excellent location, helpful staff (even with limited English), cozy rooms, great food at the restaurant, nice lobby area for work or just hanging out. 7-11 literally right next door.
