Nice little apartment about 15 minutes walk from the station. Our apartment was 101 on the ground floor at the back. It was very dark and cold and we needed the lights and the heater on all the time. The kitchen was good with enough equipment. There were no knives (common in Japan) so pack a couple in your checked luggage if you plan to cook.

Gestão impessoal e pouco empática.Impersonal and unempathetic management.

Não posso falar sobre as instalações ou a localização do apartamento, pois não consegui ir, mas devo dizer que a empatia do proprietário é nula. Tínhamos reservadas duas noites no Sapporo Hills em meados de agosto, mas devido às fortes chuvas, não havia trens (todos foram cancelados) entre Hakodate e Sapporo durante todo o dia da reserva, então não pudemos usar o apartamento. Quando escrevi ao proprietário para explicar, ele disse que ainda nos cobraria pelas duas noites (240 euros).
Reconheço que a reserva não era reembolsável, porém houve eventos de força maior que impossibilitaram a chegada.
Insisto, a falta de empatia fala mal do proprietário. Quando eu voltar a Sapporo, tenho certeza de que não ficarei neste apartamento.
I can't speak to the facilities or location of the apartment as I didn't get to go, but I must say that the owner's empathy is nil. We had booked two nights at Sapporo Hills in mid-August, but due to heavy rains there were no trains (all were cancelled) between Hakodate and Sapporo on the entire day of the booking, so we couldn't use the apartment. When I wrote to the owner to explain, he said that he would still charge us for the two nights (240 euros). I recognize that the reservation was non-refundable, however there were force majeure events that made it impossible to arrive. I insist, the lack of empathy speaks badly of the owner. When I return to Sapporo I am clear that I will not stay in this apartment.

Check in and Out provide good material for Candid Camera but without the smiles

We arrived tired and cold for the start of our four day stay at Sapporo Hills. The foyer doors slid open and we were greeted with an Ipad instead of a receptionist. Step one was to type in the code sent . Next all kinds of information including our ages and home address and a scan of our passports. All while standing in the very cold foyer
We finally got all required info entered and then got to speak to a disembodied cheerful fellow who was to give us the codes for the inner and warm foyer and our room. We were asked how we were feeling and if we had any questions… any other questions we thought of later had to be sent by email.
When we got to our room we were happy with the size and decor and provision of all that was needed for our stay. There was a bedroom, lounge/ dining area, kitchen , bathroom and seperate toilet. Plenty of quilts, towels and dishes
Getting in and out of the building was easy once we got used to the code system and we even assisted some fellow guests standing bewildered as we had been at ‘reception ipad’
Location is a very short walk from Sapporo Station and in February the sidewalks were slippery. Family Mart and 7/11 close by for groceries
Checkout was also via Ipad which we were unable to complete due to limited English translation on key parts of the checkout screen
Next time we stay in Sapporo we won’t stay at Sapporo Hills

It’s a nightmare staying here. We go through the complicated checking process again after move the room. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and keep us awake for the whole night. The service is bad, no smile, no prompt email reply, even no apology when guest complains!
